The room was perfect for my one-night needs, had a value comparable to the price I paid, and the location was fabulously close to the stampede grounds, which was perfect since an event there was my entire reason for being in town. (Proximity to the train tracks didn’t bother me.)

I had to turn the fridge on myself, which I didn’t realize until after I went to the office to ask why it wasn’t working.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and our room was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our one-night stay as we were passing through.

As others have mentioned, if you don't prepay the hosts record all of the payment details on-site in a manner that doesn't seem secure. We prepaid on Booking.com so it wasn't an issue for us.

Great option if you’re heading to Edmonton but don’t want to pay YEG prices. Property is 45 minutes away from the big city and just off highway 16.

Walls are fairly thin but I had great neighbours. Parking is a little tricky, not always possible to park outside the unit.

The TV could use an update, so you can connect your phone, or at least you don't get channels from idaho that look like 20 years ago.

Great for overnight stay. The room/bathroom, though small was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The owners were very friendly and nice. Great water pressure and no outside noise. Would stay there again.

The outside lights were left on all night (which I understand is a good safety/security reason), but the window curtain was not very thick fabric so I had a little trouble sleeping as it was very bright, but that was just me, my husband slept really well!

Clean comfortable. Place had a kitchen for cooking which was unexpected. Proprietress asked us to remove our shoes which says something about the cleanliness.

No place really to sit outside.

The billing at check-in was a little confusing. Our group had assumed we had already paid via Booking.com as it appeared on our individual C.C. accounts, the owner/operator then processed the actual charge when we arrived. It appeared to my group that we were being double charged. After some discussion it was cleared up and all was good.

Very well situated. Exceptionally clean and the staff/owners are very friendly. Great value for a quick overnight stay when travelling.

No concerns

The motel is under new ownership about 3 years now. Was very pleased with the daughter and how professional she was in welcoming me to there establishment. Even asked if I would like bottled water for my fridge. The room I stayed in was very ,very clean. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

All was good.
