Breakfast was very good and staff was attentive, keeping the hot foods topped up and quickly cleaning any spills. The cleaning staff were excellent at their work and very helpful when we made requests. I liked the library very much.

There was no one at reception when I arrived at about 3:00 P.M, so I waited for about 15 minutes. Three other groups lined up behind us in that time. However, when the lady did come to the desk, she was super-friendly and efficient

The staff very good maybe could use a few more personal… seems like some were doing many jobs but it could also be family run. Always polite and helpful !

Its a little dated and looks like some renovations are being done . Elevator out of order … top floor was being worked on as we were checking out on Sunday. Noisey whistle screching shover head. Bathroom door jams shut kid would have a hard time to open it. Some annoying pigeons outside our window making nests … don’t know if there is a fix for that.

Breakfast was great with hot choices (sausages / bacon / eggs) plus milk coffee yogurt bread jam cereals juice. Elevator working well. Restaurant downstairs open till late. Extremely friendly front desk staff. Heatings in the room were perfect. Bed extremely comfortable. Big size room. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Cozy fireplace and armchairs in the reception area

Parking in front is a little tiny, but there's plenty in the back. Check-out took a little longer than expected as the trainee employee at the front desk didn't know how to print an invoice / receipt.

It is quiet and close to our meeting place.

It is quite dated. Ceiling and walls need painting. The elevator was not working which made it difficult for my older friends

Lighting in room a bit dark. one more lamp in cubby bench are would help. Washing machine didn’t appear to work. Coin mechanism wash sticky.

very comfortable bed, spacious room, wifi flawless, great hot breakfast, free parking right in front of the property, easy check-in / check-out, friendly staff, restaurant onsite, great heating/hvac in room, perfect location very close to the legion where I performed and close to COOP for shopping

elevator didnt work. washroom’s walls weren’t perfectly clean

The lovely Lelly on reception was very informative and helpful. She made my stay just that much better than all the other Wyndham hotels I have stayed in.

The breakfast was pretty average.

Excellent location, exactly where I needed to be, close to the legion and to stores. Wi-fi worked perfectly, as the heater in the room. Exceptionally clean, wow, great job housekeeping team!! Wonderful staff at the front desk, extremely helpful. King bed very comfortable, I appreciated the extra blanket in the room, also the room size is very generous!

Just to say something, maybe the washroom was cold, as there's no heating there and the fan always on. Because of Covid, they give breakfast bags, I had one banana one bar one orange juice in the bag, plus donuts are available at the lobby, maybe not enough but still ok. A larger towel for shower / bath would be nice to have, but really these are small details in a perfect stay and they won't change my overall rating!

The breakfast was very nice. The bedding was good. The room was comfortable.

The pillows were a bit lumpy. The towels were smaller and there was only one each.
