The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I requested to use the business centre later in the day, after I checked out, and they were very happy to oblige. I was able to conduct my online meeting well after check out times.

The wall heater blew cold air all night...even though the room itself was warm, this cold air caused a breezy uncomfortable environment.

Canadian-owned! It’s new, clean and just a really nice hotel. Breakfast was great and the pool was nice.

Would be great to just leave the pool open 24 hours. There’s no lifeguard. Then adults can enjoy some quiet time there. The hot tub temperature was a little hot for summer.

We stayed here on our way through the province of Alberta. It was in a great location just off the highway. The building was very well kept, the rooms were clean, spacious and welcoming. We used the hottub after a long day of travelling and it was very nice and clean. We had a truck and trailer with us, and had plenty enough space to be able to park them in a well lit area.

A restaurant would have been a bonus, but I don't have anything bad to say about our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable, all the accommodations needed for wheelchair access, ample space and well designed facilities. Friendly staff, clean and bright general areas. Delicious hot breakfast with lots of options. 

Pool made very strange noises (maybe motors of filters, went 24 hours a day… Our room was on the same wall as the pool)

The room was very comfortable, the staff was kind and friendly. The other guests were relaxed. I love that there is a Jar of dog treats on the reception desk, I will definitely bring my boy if I ever have another reason to be in Vermillion. Breakfast was good. I liked that I had such a long time to cancel if I needed too. Wish I would have made time to hit the pool but the hours available were awesome, open till 11pm, next time I will make time! I felt safe at this hotel traveling as a lone young woman.

The channels on my TV were on the fritz, the guide channels were scrolling super fast and gave me a brain pain when I flipped onto them. And the fact there were no robes, I'm a sucker for a robe.

Our suite was very lovely; well appointed and roomy. The electric tea kettle was a nice surprise. The bedroom was spacious was comfy and it was wonderful to be able to open the window. The laundry facility was a bonus!

The bathroom pocket door was hard to close and was necessary because the door for the toilet room had been removed. The floors in the bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaner.

The 3 bed room met our families needs perfectly. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Loved the full breakfast and also the swimming pool and hot tub.

My only complaint was the coffee was too weak both days.

I have stayed at this facility multiple times, and have never had any issues here! The rooms are always clean and comfy, and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. Although there are not many options for places to stay in Vermillion, this place is definitely top tier!

Came for sports tournament in June and July. Very clean, nice staff and room was great. Loved dishwasher and full size fridge

People had dogs in the dining room for breakfast

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. Rooms where nice and spacious. Pool was open earlier and later than usual.

Breakfast was a little disorganized. When I went to eat there was no wear to sit, dirty tables weren’t cleaned, couldn’t get utensils and certain things were empty. Like syrup, butter etc.
