This hotel stay went without a glitch from the start. I sent a message requesting no perfumes, room fresheners or additional scents in the room and was assured that other than regular cleaning product (such as detergent) scents the hotel didn't use them. And for a change, it was true. There were none used and the room smelled fresh. There weren't any noticeable scents at all. Extremely appreciated! This hotel had the best breakfast ever, and we've had a lot. There were hot items including scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. There were plenty of cold breakfast choices such as cereal, fruit (really fresh!) toast, muffins, etc. And a really good selection of additonals like cream cheese, butter, non dairy milks, jams, etc. There was decaf and regular coffee and an assortment of tea and cream and milk. It was really outstanding. We had an early morning meeting and were accommodated with an extra hour for checkout. The pool and hot tub were spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and easy to find.

Ron at the front desk just made my stay so much better. It was so nice to be able to interact with staff like we did. Whatever request we had he followed it up to a great resolution. His sense of humor matched my own and I loved that!! Would definitely come back to this hotel!!!

The beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Clean rooms, good breakfast. The refrigerator and microwave were useful. Several fast food restaurants within a short walking distance (less than a block). Walmart close.

Stairwell was hard to keep clean with tradesfolk walking in with muddy boots. A smoking area just outside the exit was covered in cigarette butts and garbage. BUT these areas were all avoidable.

Breakfast was quick and convenient. It was a hot breakfast. We had to be at Camp Wainwright for 6 and the staff had the breakfast out 30 minutes early to accommodate our schedule. This was over and above what we expected.

No complaints. Services and facilities were awesome.

We had booked a suite but due to a leak we were downgraded to another room. Nothing we can do about that I guess but was unfortunate.

The only issue was that my pillow is usually flat, and although the pillows were comfortable, they were a little too high for me. My husband loved them. So, just personal preference. It's not a huge issue at all.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, nice to have external plugins for vehicles. Fitness facility was basic but met my needs and the treadmill was modern.

No complaints.

I love my room. Clean and staff are friendly, always willing to help, specially the front desk, I forgot her name but she was wearing oilers jersey, when I checked in. Around 8pm

Swimming pool perfect for a family and children Buffet was excellent both days we stayed. Beds very comfortable. Clean property. Bathroom shower was large and nice.

Perfect location. The room and facilities are very clean and beds are so comfortable. Staff are so nice and friendly. Breakfast is also very good. Over all our stay in BW Wainwright is superb! Definitely will be back again..
