Room OK, very slightly run down, one night table per bed so one sleeper in the dark, not well cleaned, we found an abandoned ladies sock under a bed. Heating and air conditioning was from those horrible institutional under the window roaring monsters that leave one too hot or too cold and with a blower or compressor that always clatters, rumbles and/or clanks. What kind of dumbass hotel developer or chain buys or allows that junk? The thermostats ignored our requests if countermanded by the front desk. We wanted it warm until bed time, 22 degrees ++. Tough shit said the front desk, it's 20 degrees, after 7 PM, 18 degrees after 9 PM, (All Celsius), wear a sweater if you don't like it. There was a very good plain simple breakfast buffet. Really. Very, very good. All the basics, very well done, plus waffle batter and a waffle cooker, double plus good for the whipped cream. Great staff.

The location, service, breakfast were great. Tge pillows were great.

The beds were well used. My hubby and I kind of rolled into the middle from the edges The beds were also quite low to the ground

The hospitality, our team had to leave early every morning for our games, and they were willing to start breakfast early and always had coffee ready for the early risers.

Key cards wouldn't stay active for long, and we had to get new ones every day we were there, and we stayed 3 nights.

Walking into a clean welcoming building. The staff checking us in(evening)was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff in the morning was very pleasant, friendly and had a welcoming smile first thing in the morning.

The morning front desk staff could have been more friendly and not want to hurry you to check out.

Rooms were a great size . It was quite , we didn’t hear any noises around us or in the hall. The pool was a big hit for our son. Breakfast was good.

We usually stay at the Ramada when we come to Wainwright. It is always well kept and friendly staff

I booked through booking.com and prepaid and I just noticed I was charged by not only Booking.com but also Wyndham itself for the one night stay. I will be contacting both companies to rectify this problem.

A selection of easy-to-go breakfast foods like muffins was not available. Parking spots were too tight.
