Super cordial reception with personal advise by manager Mr Sukh. Cleanliness was top notch. Pet friendliness adds points as well. In general very positive experience and for sure will stay there again if I'm passing by. Swimming pool was great after driving full day at 37 degrees C. Also had nice courtyard, accessible directly from the room. A small gym and a barbecue spot were also available. All in all 10/10 point experience.

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but coffee/tea/biscuits were available in the room. The Manager also instructed the best dining and breakfast places in Cache Creek, so this was not a big deal.

The manager was the nicest bloke I think I’ve ever encountered. The room was really well kitted out. The bed was comfy. Good value for money. Close to a delicious Mexican taco place!

Upon arrival the lovely manager, Sukh, made us feel so very welcome. We’d had a long day on the road after heading out of Vancouver and although we arrived a little early, this was not a problem. The room was impeccably clean and felt very homely. The town is very small and dining options are limited, especially as we arrived on a Sunday. Hungry Herbies it was for the night! There is a gas station , small supermarket and liquor store so no issues. Everyone we met was so friendly and if we ever find ourselves this way again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had a rogue coffee machine but a kindly next door person swapped out his machine with ours as he was leaving. We let Sukh know and he managed to deal with the offending caffeine thriving machine …! Beds could do with a slightly smoother mattress for me but overall no issues at all.

The property doesn’t look very impressive from the highway, but inside the rooms are very nice, well-equipped, and clean. There are some outdoor chairs to enjoy if the weather is nice. There is also a bbq available and a nice little gym. The pool wasn’t available but the owner was trying to get it up and running. This is a great option in Cache Creek- good value and very comfortable. The staff member that checked us in was also very friendly and remembered me from a previous stay!

The front office woman was great. I've worked in customer service for many years, and if the owner of the motel is smart, they will do what it takes to keep her. She was friendly and informative. Anticipation of possible requests were addressed before I could ask. Very likable young woman with a smile.

The room was a little small for everything in it. The cafe table and 2 chairs made it a right squeeze

We liked that we can go outside to the back where there is a sauna and weight room plus bbq area Nice green area to enjoy Must point out that the best part of the motel was the gentlemen who registered us and was so very accommodating and friendly Def will be back

Only thing was the shower got cold halfway through But not the end of the world lol 😂 woke me up faster haha

Very friendly and supportiv frontdesk, with a lot of recommendations and ideas, where and what we can do. Nice green garden at the inside of the court. Room was clean and quiet, even as the Motel is at the HWY. Our room was on the backside of the building.

Newly refurbished and very comfortable. It has a lovely pool, balcony to room and a good sized communal grassed area with loungers and chairs for relaxing. Safe and secure parking behind gates. Gentleman at check in was incredibly helpful and offered some great recommendations for food. Room and bath was spotless. Could not have asked for more.

We were on a stopover between Squamish and Emerald Lake and Destination Inn was perfect. Our room was well equipped and we really enjoyed our terrace space overlooking the central grassed area and pool. Sukh, who liaised with us prior to travel, greeted us and saw us off, was absolutely excellent. Always on the go and busy, but always with a cheery "hi" and smile

Even though they're under renovation, they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, getting us a screen for the window when one was missing and organising chairs to sit outside. Our rooms were freshly renovated and very clean. One had a very nice and well equipped kitchen, so self-catering was easy. Altogether very good value, highly recommended.

Sure it would've been nice to take a dip in the pool in that hot weather, but we knew it was closed because of the renovations. It was somewhere in the description, so READ people or stop complaining!!!
