We re-routed to Fort St John and booked late. Got an excellent room at an excellent price. It is a thoughtfully designed facility with lovely staff. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after we arrived. I would stay there again!

My only complaint is minor, but meaningful. The hotel touts all their energy-saving, climate protecting initiatives on multiple posters in the lobby, hallways and elevator. At the same time, they have a comfortable seating area outside the front door with a gas-fed fire pit running 24 hours a day. I suggested this was an unnecessary amenity on a sunny 85 degree summer day. I was told that people like to sit around the fire…

Huge room. Pet friendly @C$25. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great bathroom. Pool and hot-tub 👍

Such a new building and still noise from above level as well resonating ventilation. Missed opportunity to score a 10 🙋🏻‍♂️

The staff were always helpful and friendly, and it was great to have a bar right there. The location was just perfect after a very long days drive.

Clean , comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically Alex on nightshift and Jose (?) dayshift went over and above to accommodate my request to stay an extra day . The breakfast ladies are very kind and helpful ❣️❣️ Will definitely be back 😁

Every staff member was curtious and helpful. Above and beyond service.. Front desk Karen was helpful and very polite. She helped with transition from one room to another and upgraded room.

Sometimes the hot food was cold..

We loved the bright colours, the hotel and room looked clean and new. The breakfast was tasty and we had a lot of options. Staff was friendly and competent, the front desk called the room after we checked in to make sure everything was fine with the room, we felt very looked after. We were only staying overnight, but I sometimes stay in Fort St John for business and would consider the Home2 Suites for longer stays, the kitchenette would be very handy.

I was able to connect to wifi with my laptop and my kid's iPad, but not with my wife's work computer, which was a MacBook. Probably just an issue reaching the portal page, as it's a work laptop it could have been locked down by corporate settings on her end. I didn't reach out to front desk or tech support though.

The facilities were so clean and updated. Breakfast was very good. The staff and the hotel were very family friendly. They offered my kids and dog treats during our stay. The pool had some floaties and was the perfect temperature. It was very nice

Nice clean modern rooms. Cute lobby and breakfast area.

Breakfast was sketchy, we were there for 4 days. The hot breakfast was cold each day. There was cereal and toast, which was fine, but the eggs and sausage were cold to lukewarm. We gave it a try twice then ate out the rest of our trip.

Great stay, had everything we needed. Excellent location, wonderful staff, pet-friendly.

My only complaint was the room had a funky smell.

Excellent layout. Sustainable energy and environmental processes are taken into consideration at all levels.

Older staff mostly ignores you and talkscto each other. When you need something you have to interrupt them to get their attention. The younger staff is very helpful and attentive.
