The room was comfortable enough. Quiet enough. Wifi was quite a good speed. Would have been disappointed in the television coverage if that were my main enteritainment with kids or if I were stuck in the room. The restaurant food was outstanding. The service was very pleasant and the server was quick with coffee. Four stars to the restaurant and food service.

Dind't care for the age of the corridor, the carpet or the appliances. If a chain is to keep up, it should be doing the best it can to keep carpets up to date. Those carpets and the doors and walls were from the 1970s. It was a bit unnerving to go into a room with the deadbolt already torn off the door.

Very accommodating, as I had developed an issue with my leg since making the booking and had to have them change me to a ground floor room, which they did no problem, and even made sure it was one right by the exit door. Staff was awesome, I dealt with 3 different people between checking in and out, and everybody was super pleasant and very helpful. Also, some of the reviews had mentioned there was no A/C, I'm happy to report there was a newer unit in our room that worked well. I was told by front desk staff that all the rooms are air conditioned, so if that was ever an issue at this location, it has since been resolved. Also, the beds were good, we all slept well

Nothing to report, our stay was excellent.

It was clean. I was surprised with it’s kitchenette which is a full feature kitchen with a stove, oven, pots, frying pans. It was helpful as the restaurant was closed in the evening.

While there was a kitchen, there was no place for having food. No dining table and stools. I would prefer to have the supper at the restaurant.

Friendly and efficient front desk ( new Spanish guy). Good view, good bed. In house restaurant ( did not eat here)

No fridge in the room. Washroom was small. Basic toiletries which I did not use. But it's ok given the small community.

Very clean , lots of parking space as I’m truck driver, very nice staff that greet you nicely when you arrive, my recommendation is if you’re driving through McBride this would be ideal spot for comfort.

This hotel was on the main highway but not noisy! It was clean and comfortable, with some basic facilities for self catering. Welcoming staff.

Stairs are steep, so I left my case in the car! Car park a bit pot-holey!

I like the staff, Catherine & her group I have stayed here over the years and the present day staff are doing an exceptional job. Including the staff / food in adjoining restruant

Old facility, but clean and functional. Diner/restaurant in the building has been great for dinner and breakfast - great food and very friendly staff!

Some equipment could be renovated, but wrt price and location (small village) it was okay.

Convenient right off the highway. Gas station across the street for snacks and gas, restaurant attached to hotel.

I got a creepy vibe the whole time, I think it has more to do with the one horse town than the hotel. Door security guard was broken.

Great staff! Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Beds were super comfy and room was warm and welcoming during the cold weather.

TV volume was wonky.
