New facility with some construction in the area (was clear beforehand!) - but you honestly did not notice at all and as the construction finishes, will add some great amenities within walking distance! Excellent space that fit our needs well. High quality and very responsive hosts. Would highly recommend! Thanks for having us!

The condo is new, clean, with well equipped kitchen, modern furnishings and comfortable bed. It has everything for a comfortable stay but unfortunately there's a lot of construction going on around it.

Construction noise from the street below the condo starting every morning starting at 7 am. Dust too. Booking.com listing doesn't indicate that construction is happening all around the building. This was disclosed only after making a non refundable booking.
