The breakfast was outstanding.

For a room that accommodates two people we couldn't believe there was only one (ergonomic desk) chair. We asked for a second chair and got a stacking convention chair. One would expect at least an easy chair as basic furniture. The room certainly was spacious enough. If minimum furniture is part of the "micro" brand we chose the wrong hotel. We are beyond the age that sitting on the bed to visit, relax, or watch TV is appealing. There was ZERO counter space in a very spacious bathroom. As an accessible room there was certainly room for maneuvering a wheelchair, good, but no place to set dry clothes. The sink had no drain stopper.

Breakfast was good, lots of varieties

They ran out of food and was very slow to replenish or didnt know how. There should have been a dedicated breakfast person, not the front clerk. They tried thier best but alot of upset customers. Also the pancake batter should be bigger supply as the container they used only did 2 to 3 pancakes before it needed refiling and again to the first point they were not attentive. Also noticed alot of non-customers drive up and fill thier plate and walk out a couple times. Im pretty certain they lived next door.

The Indigenous art work, displayed everywhere, was soooo beautiful. I wondered every inch of the hotel just to see the different art work. The whole hotel is clean and the staff working over Christmas were all so amazing. I will definitely stay everytime we travel to town.

The only thing I was a little upset about but not to big of a deal was, the hot tub broke the morning of the day we arrived. But the pool was just as great

Breakfast was great. Wished that the room had a tub in it. I did expect two beds, but had a bed and pull out couch, but that was ok. It was super busy and was glad to have been able to stay in same hotel as my grandsons hockey team.

Longer pool hours, but the pool was great. Even though it "shut down" at 9, they let it stay open a bit longer and that was appreciated.

The location was great - not far off the highway. The bedding was clean and crisp. The place is modern and well decorated. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast had a very good selection.

The bath tub seemed to be older with some stains and broken caulking…not a big deal - was a little surprised at that considering how immaculate and new the rest of the hotel was.

Never partook of the breakfast but it looked decent enough. We also didn't use the pool or fitness center but they were both awesome looking.

I understand not changing out linen to conserve water but our beds for the three nights we stayed there were NEVER made and our garbage was only changed the third day. The cost of $200+ per night was also a bit steep.

We love the location, the room and the staff.

There was a pile of blankets on the floor next to a door of a room across the hall from us when we arrived and it was still there in the morning. Also, on our floor, there was a bag of housekeeping garbage by the elevator.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Room nice and cool. Staff friendly and helpful.

We paid for two rooms through Booking.com. However, the hotel only had a record of one room being paid for, and would not accept email receipt from Booking.com proving payment for both rooms. We had to pay for the second room again when we arrived at the hotel.

Clean, great breakfast and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

My only complaint is that the man at the front desk had a private conversation for a good 5 minutes while we were waiting. My son actually went up twice to ding the bell for service.

Great location, clean comfortable room. Breakfast had glass plates and cups and real cutlery

When we arrived the hallway going to our room was cluttered with laundry on the floor and throughout the stay there were foam pieces lying in the hallway.
