Very comfortable room with all you needed for an overnight stay. Great location, only a short walk to the main street and scenic viewpoints. Quiet location - we woke to the sound of bird call. Breakfast was very good.

This isn’t about the property, but rather about the town. It is a small town with limited dining options, especially on a Monday and Tuesday night. There are fast food options available until quite late, but don’t turn up late evening thinking you can head to the gastro-pub. That’s the downside, the upside is that it’s a pretty, quiet little town.

Very clean and artfully decorated and intelligently accessorized. From the front porch to the living room to the dining room to the bedroom…everything was exceptionally nice and well thought through as to the needs of traveling guests. You better like dogs as there were two, and they are ever present. We do,and thoroughly enjoyed them. The breakfast was a real treat and the total experience a very good value. Location is perfect…a short drive to restaurants and the Falls, and yet on a nice quiet street.

The stairs are shallow and steep.

We really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms are really cute, clean, and comfy. We slept really well as the house is quiet and dark, and the facilities in the room were really good. A delicious home cooked breakfast and the company of a lovely dog, Rosie, and a cute little cat made our stay even better. We will be back in summer!

The room was very well decorated and laid out.

It took some time to figure out how to make the shower work as it was different from any we have used before. Knowing that there had to be something there I finally figured that the ring at the bottom of the spout where the water went into the tub was needed to be pulled down to make the water flow to the shower head.

Breakfast was sufficient….juice, fruit dish, French toast (for me) and scrambled eggs, ham and toast (for my hubby), coffee. -Loved the welcoming committee…3 beautiful dogs that just love having people around - cleanliness of the room and all the little extras…chocolates amongst others - comfort of the beds; rocking chair in the room - the pleasure of talking with the owner and her assistant Yvette…

We had a choice for breakfast and it was fabulous. The staff was very friendly. It was in a great location to the main town and the falls. If we weren't so exhausted we would have walked to them.

It is a very pet (dog) friendly place and was very clean. As a fault on my part, I did not realize this and I am allergic to dogs. We were only there one night and only to sleep, so my allergies didn't bother me.

We had a beautiful room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic (French toast, ham & eggs, hot coffee, whole pot of tea). It was very close to downtown and several restaurants were suggested by the owner. One of the best B&B we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot across Canada and Europe. Will recommend Cote's to everyone.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We were greeted by Lily, the standard poodle. She was friendly and welcoming! Norma checked us in and we were giving the Yellow room at the top of the stairs. It was a beautiful and cozy room. Tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, fried eggs and ham with toast and jam. Fruit salad and yogurt to start.

We were hoping to have an earlier time for breakfast. Our time was 8:15. We made the most of our time by having a coffee in our room, Doug went to get gas and ice for our cooler while I got ready. We were also packed and ready to go, so it really wasn't a disadvantage. We had a 7.5 hour drive that day so we were off to a great start with that wonderful breakfast!

We enjoyed our short stay at this B&B that is perfectly located close to the highway and in a very quiet area. Our room was spacious, comfortable, had TV, small fridge, and had a terrace where we sat in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a bowl with chocolates and mints. Bathroom was well stocked and we found plenty of soft white towels. We got to choose what we prefer to have for breakfast which also included homemade jam and local maple syrup all served in fine china. That made us feel special! We enjoyed chatting with kind host Norma and other guests who stayed at this B&B many times.

The host was very accommodating. The emerald room was clean and comfortable. The space and furnishings looked dated in the photos, but looked much better in person. The friendly cat that came to visit during breakfast made our day.

If there’s any room for improvement, it would be the breakfast. It was good, but could be more substantial.
