Room was large and had a great view of the falls.. had a fridge and microwave, nice size bath and shower was good with plenty of hot water. Friendly check in staff and plenty of free parking.
The bed was really hard. The restaurant hours are not fixed and was closed when we got there at 730 because it wasn't busy. And everything in Grand Falls shuts down by 9pm.. we were told it would be open at 8am for breakfast but at 8am there was absolutely no sign of life, no lights on to Indicate anyone was home, no receptionist, nothing and the door was locked. So we hit the road. The room next door had some really noisy tenants who were up at 630am sounding like a herd of buffalo in a china shop.

It was a great hotel, and the location was amazing.
This is just a suggestion: I had booked for 2 kids and 2 adults and when we got the breakfast vouchers the kids were given the option of tea or coffee only, they wouldn't substitute for juice or milk. There should be separate kid and adult vouchers as well as a kids' menu. They unfortunately wasted a lot of food because they were given an adult portion. We had never been there before so we didn't know how big it was going to be.

Loved the balcony and the no smoking. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING. The bed was comfy. Very good amenities.
The smell in room was overwhelming. Was a floral spray scent. Unless you’re trying to cover up another bad smell please stop using that spray. I opened both front and patio doors to air room out. I wouldn’t be able to do this in winter. Immediately gave me a headache. Would have been nice to have had a small bar of soap for my shower.

There is a restaurant on site that is good and prices are reasonable. The bed was comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast used to be included, but since new owners that has changed. The heater was hard to adjust to get the room comfortable even at 17-18 degrees. It was so hot we actually turned the heater off so we could sleep. There was only one water glass and one coffee cup, which made for interesting circumstances in order for both of us to have coffee.

I loved the view from the restaurant, and breakfast was great! I was really impressed by the amenities in the room - coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, etc., and by the fact that there was printed information available in the room (some chain hotels/motels don't provide printed information about e.g., WiFi passwords, menus, etc. in the guest rooms anymore).
The toilets - especially the one in the restaurant washroom - seem to be for children, not adults. I was a little taken aback by how small the room was. For one person, it was fine, but I felt the pictures on booking.com made the room look much bigger. I'd rather have known - I still would have stayed there and hope to stay there again.

The room was clean and had a fun quirky shape. There was a nice one and a half sofa chair to watch tv or read. The kitchenette had everything needed to make a meal (I didn’t use the cooktop). And the messaging shower head with great water pressure felt wonderful after a day of riding.
This isnèt about the property but when reserving through Booking.com make sure to check that a 20$ pet fee isn’t automatically added to your bill. I had to communicate with the motel and they removed it n problem. (Unless your traveling with a pet of course lol)

Location is very convenient for a one night stop on the way to Atlantic Canada. Property has been recently renovated with new well appointed kitchenettes and bathrooms. Restaurant is also under new management and food quality and selections is quite good. We had stayed here 3 years ago and were pleasantly surprised at all the changes under new ownership.
Don’t expect 4 star service or amenities. Doesn’t exist in Grand Falls. This is a solid 3star property.

It was conveniently located in Grandfalls which threw me off as it is halfway down the hill when you enter Grandfalls from the north. There is a restaurant on site which was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean and I liked that the window and door opened to the outside, with screens so that I could enjoy the fresh air. The best asset though was the staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
One small complaint would be the stairway to the second floor is very narrow and steep.

Exceptionally clean. Pillows and beds are comfortable. Good selection of tea and coffee. Staff are nice. Restaurant is convenient and prices are good.
The temperature is very hard to regulate on the heat pump. It is too hot, and I had to turn it off to be comfortable. The pumps seemed to have a fixed program, so I could not lower it to 16 degrees, and 18 was way too hot for sleeping.

The view was amazing, room was roomy and very clean. The little extras were a nice surprise. We will stay here next time we are on our travels East.
I usually can sleep anywhere but found the bed was very hard. We had the accessible room but if you are in a wheelchair you may have some struggles. (Bathtub in bathroom, small thresholds to get over)
