The Inn met my needs. There was parking on site, the location was convenient as it was a short drive to restaurants. There was a pool and hot tub which my family used and enjoyed. The king size bed in the room was comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean. The breakfast provided was good.

We had a requested two rooms with a pull out bed in each. For one of the rooms; the pull out bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was very thin and didn't provide enough of a cushion. For the other room; the mattress was missing from the pull out bed. The staff gave us a rollaway folding bed instead which was not comfortable either. The pool area could use a renovation - it is a bit run down. The remote provided in the room didn't work on the TV; so we could not watch TV. There is no fitness center here (it is listed as one of the facilities)

The lady working at the front desk at check in was very professional and informative.The gentleman working in the morning was also very helpful. Our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good: sausages, scrambled eggs, bagels, lots of condiments.The coffee was good.

My key cards were finicky and I had to get them recalibrated. The guests above us were very loud. It sounded like a bunch of kids jumping up and down.

Conveniently just off the Trans Canada, it’s a great deal with an amazing breakfast buffet included. The 2nd floor king room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Linens and towels were good quality and in great shape. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The lobby and stair carpeting needs replacing, I believe that is the source of the musty smell when entering the front doors. And the two dead cedar trees outside the main entrance aren’t very welcoming!

The bed was super comfy. We slept really well. The location was close to the Transcanadian Highway but far enough away not to hear any noise. All the facilities that you expect to find. The breakfast was hot and tasty with plenty of choice. The price was fair for the location and facilities.

The hotel is a little bit tired, as was some of the furniture in our room. We read some of the other reviews, but we felt the positives far outweighed any negative points for Rodeway Inn

Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (microwave/ fridge). The staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. A warm breakfast was provided.

There was no fruit or yogurt at the breakfast. The tub was small but we expected a walk-in shower for better accessibility (they had a shower chair).

Spacious, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds with good pillows. Easy access from the highway. Great breakfast included with stay. Friendly staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping. Could park right in front of room, making it easy to load/unload the car.

Air conditioner was a little noisy.

We enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing the ducks and their babies and, of course, the cute covered bridge. It had a super green space with fun playground. We spent a couple of hours outside playing and grabbed a soccer ball, and welcomed kids to join in. Nice to have a place to stretch the legs after hours of driving..

When we arrived it took the first person a long time and she couldn't find our booking. She did say she was new.. She asked us to wait for her associate, who could help. He arrives and he cannot find our booking. I slide my phone over and show the booking confirmation number. He finds it saying it was for the previous day.. I panic as maybe I did mix up dates, but no, it was the venue that put us in for the wrong date.. our booking.com was for the date we showed up. My kids started to panic as it didn't appear they had any space. But they found us a room and it was nice. Thankful it turned out OK.

The staff were wonderful and kind. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were incredibly efficient and thoughtful.

Main only real complaint is that as I was making the booking online, I was advised that if I signed up for a booking.com account that I would save 10%. I signed up but the 10% discount was never applied. This made for a disappointing first experience with booking.com

Excellent location and good facilities overall. The breakfast is offered and looked very good, but I don’t eat breakfast 😊

The room was frigid when I entered on the 2 occasions I stayed there. A total waste of energy and to boot, the remote control for the air conditioner did not seem to do anything to control the temperature. I had to turn off the air conditioner to let the room warm up. The box of Kleenex only had a few tissues left, so I had to use the roll of toilet paper instead. Not a big deal but annoying nevertheless considering the cost of cooling the room to such a level. The TV channels were mostly sports and news stations. Personal choice great for some people, but not for me.

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were yravelling home from our vacation in Nova Scotia. We had a wonderful night of rest.

We booked this hotel partly because of the free breakfast. However when we arrived, there was a post stating that breakfast was not served until 7am. We needed to be on the road before 7am and were unable to have breakfast. Apparently, breakfast is served at 5am on weekdays only. We had to grab something on the road. We were disappointed. We had to spend more money than what we expected. The booking did not state the breakfast time. My past experience is breakfast is served 5 or 6am
