Exceptionally good. The staff was very friendly from the time of arrival to checkout. The room was very spacious and clean. The washroom was designed disabled friendly, and the facilities were clean and spotless. Now coming to the restaurant, we were totally satisfied with the delicious food and its quantity. The restaurant staff was very kind to us, she helped us to get water in our bottles. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience. Will definitely consider a stay in the next visit. Thank you team!

Paid extra for king size bed, opened the curtains to the room and had the view of...the roof with 2 decapitated satellite dishes. 2nd day the cleaning person did come in our room and changed of the 2 garbage, didn't make the bed, no vacuuming, glass marks on table were not cleaned....had to get supervisor to come back and clean.

Parking terrible. More thought in placement of the upgraded rooms....at least not a view that we had.

The room is very big and clean. The beds are comfortable. I asked if they had a toothbrush and they gave me a regular sized great quality one with a small tube of toothpaste. I was expecting a little, cheap one so it was great. Also, I liked the big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the shower. Check out wasn't until 1 pm, so that was awesome!!

The shower made a very loud, high pitched noise the whole time the water was on.

After getting off the ferry and driving to Stephenville, we booked a night here. We were quite tired and got into the hotel. Checked in and lady there was great. The hotel is pet friendly and that was very good for us. We had a great nights sleep. The bed was so comfortable. Bathroom and shower area was extremely clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant. Great breakfast and not expensive. The server was so friendly. Definitely worth the stay.

Unplanned stop over due to Port Aux Basque ferry cancelation. A short drive off the TCH to this hotel. Older property but clean and tidy. Room was a good size, comfy bed, good shower. Pet friendly. Large open field area opposite hotel which was perfect for running the dog. Very good breakfast.

Beds were super comfortable and great to sleep on. The dove soaps in the bathroom was wonderfully environmentally friendly and helpful for our week long stay (no wasteful mini bottles). The bagged breakfast was at first disappointing but we quickly realized it fit our picnic/hike needs and looked forward to the breakfast every morning.

A little outdated in terms of appearance but lots of little touches that made the stay great.

Breakfast was great! Nice selection, fresh, hot. Only thing......toaster machine did not work. Dinner was also good, and staff was very friendly.

It seemed that the bar was watering down the beverages; that was disappointing.

It was dog friendly. Had all the amenities like shampoo, conditioner,skin cream, and soap. Had a hair dryer and iron as well as a fridge. The beds were very comfortable.

It was clean and had everything we needed.

The restaurant food was terrible, but the server was very nice.
