I was very impressed from the moment we opened the doors. Extremely clean looking and welcoming. I felt quite comfortable considering we are from Edmonton Alberta. I didn’t feel unsafe when I went outside to smoke. The amazing shower was something I couldn’t put into words. Just a little more water pressure and i would have been extremely satisfied. I will definitely recommend your amazing Hotel too even the locals just to get away for a night.

We were informed that the hotel was recently renovated. The hotel rooms were very large and very clean. The staff was great. They offered the use of washer and dryer with no charge. I was very presently surprised how nice and spacious it was. I would highly recommend this hotel.

For the price it seems strange that no breakfast or food options are offered except for some bar food during limited hours in the evening. Even coffee and tea is made with bathroom water and there was no milk.

Lack of food options and coffee and tea. So expensive and you can’t even buy breakfast.

We loved the large comfortable bed, the size of the room (it was huge!), and the extra large jacuzzi tub, which was great for my arthritic back. ❤️

The only two recommendations I have is to put rubber bathtub mats in the shower and jacuzzi tub, and for the staff to let guests know about the location of the breaker for the jacuzzi tub in case the breaker trips.

We had been travelling for 2 weeks and this was hands down the best hotel we stayed at. We were extremely late arriving due to late start of ferry yet when we communicated with the hotel they were understanding and accommodating, great service and staff.

This building used to be part of the old US military base and so the location looks kind of industrial. It has been beautifully renovated on the inside in a very sleek, modern style. The rooms are exceptional spacious and clean, some featuring small fridge, microwave and coffee area. Bathrooms are also quite large with a walk in glass shower. The beds are comfortable. Very good value for your money.

There was a 2-4 foot damp spot on the floor that seemed strange (maybe a previous spill ?) and the air conditioner was quite loud . But excellent shower and beautiful room !

The room was so nice. Every detail great. And I loved the walk in shower!!!

No food available as the pub was closed on Sundays and Mondays. Our reservation was for the Monday evening. If I'd known this, I might have booked elsewhere.

Breakfast?..

No exercise facility which is a big deal for me personally. Does not need to be much but a treadmill or some free weights is helpful in your hotel so you can quickly exercise without having go somewhere else.
