Cost was very reasonable for my business 1 night stay, Accommodation had all I needed for my stay. I had room in the new building out front bed was comfortable and Shower with large tub was nice.

Explain check out procedure better, I was told I couldn't check out before 8am as they weren't open before that, but in morning I seen people putting key cards in an outdoor drop box. When I went in after 8am I handed in my key and was told that's it. Deposit will be refunded once room was inspected. So I could have left at 7am! I did have to call 2days later to check to see why my $200.00 Deposit had not been refunded yet. It was taken refunded right after my call which was good.

Stayed in new section

Asked for deposit for damage. Booking.com should tell renters thus upfront. It is on the confirmation to hotel operator but i could not find any notification on my confirmation!

You get what you pay for. $59 for one night for an out of town wedding on a budget. 20 mins from the venue. A little dodgy neighbourhood but we were upgraded to the “new” building for free, owners were super nice.

All I was looking for was a low priced one night stay. It meant everything I was looking for.

The bed was a bit small but, it was comfortable.

By far the best motel I stayed in. Room was very clean, everything well maintained, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, no bad smells in the building. I had a very relaxing night.

Just to mention it, the arrangement of the furniture leaves only a small gap, to walk between the bed and the rest of the room. Was totally fine for me, I traveled alone.

The property was great we just had an issue with the bathroom sink stopper not working but our stay was great.

Newly renovated room was very nice, bed was great and the room was very clean. Staff were very nice and you could see that they take pride in their motel. I would stay here again.

Checking in was easy and the room was perfect. It had everything one needed and was very clean. Will definitely be coming back here if we visit Chatham again.
