The breakfast was great. It was more than I expected. As far as quiet goes, there was a lot of door banging and slamming we couldn’t hear any people, but we could hear the doors banging and I mean that’s nobody’s fault except people not being courteous when leaving their room and just letting the door slam shut had nothing to do with The accommodations themselves or the staff. Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely place to stay and we are going to check out the rewards program and continue staying at Comfort Inn wherever we go. I should say that the young lady that checked us in on the Friday afternoon was very friendly and kind and just so nice.

The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and there was no carpet, and the cappuccino machine in the lobby was great in the morning. The $25 pet fee for our small non-shedding dog was very reasonable.

The sliding door from our room was very old, difficult to slide and awkward to lock. There were no cups of any kind in the room (we had to go to the desk and ask for some) and they ran out of coffee cups in the morning for the complimentary cappuccino.

The beds were very comfortable and sheets not scratchy. Towels were excellent.

There wasn't hand soap by the sink to wash hands, had to reach into shower to use body wash. The lobby could be more user friendly as it also served as the breakfast area so it could have been larger in size. More soundproofing in lobby, sounds and voices just bouncing of the walls. Maybe separate the rooms with a door from the lobby.

The breakfast was good on two days but was lacking support on the third day.

The- It Tv controls should have some instruction for them. The coffee pot is up too high to read instructions it overflowedd on me each time I used it. The doors on the shower are on backwards which allows the water to get out on the floor outsidw the shower.

We had a room on first floor, which was good - I didn’t ask but I thought there would be an elevator should we have been put on the second floor.

The room was very cold when we arrived. I turned up the heat but it took awhile to feel comfortable. There was no rack in the bathroom to put the towel.

Breakfast was fine. Toaster could be checked . Taken to long to heat up. Bacon was great.

The TV and controllers are not easy to operate. Write out a program for the quest can understand. The lighting in the bathroom is very bright.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was fantastic

The breakfast wasn't the best. Charging an extra 250 in case of any damages is outrageous

we went for breakfast at 945 it was done at 10 and the women at breakfast buffet cooked us eggs and sausage because it ran out. How nice of her

It was clean, quiet, and conveniently located for our purposes.

The only issue, and very minor, was by the time the last person showered, the shower gel was empty.

Almost new a hidden gem.
