The hotel listened to my requests and fulfilled them in full. The fact they had a dining area and a bar downstairs for entertainment made everything truly convenient.

The ice in the parking lot and on the outdoor stairs. There also was no room service, to which we just had to grab our meal at the front desk, but the experience of it being brought to the door would have been a nicely added touch - especially since the outdoor signage along the parking lot and road said they did have this service available.

Fantastic staff. Incredibly clean, inside and out. They were washing exterior windows when we arrived and the rooms were seriously spotless. As both former employees of a large chain hotel we have experience with a lot of hotels and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best stays we have ever had anywhere in the world. The owners were onsite and involved. We watched a group of motorcycle riders have their bikes cleaned for free behind the building and were treated like kings from the bar staff. We were also treated to exceptional service.

Staff was very friendly and we were given a regular room but I had paid for a jacuzzi tub. When I asked the front desk they looked at the booking and said yes you did and switched the rooms on the spot

I know there is nothing they can do about this but the stairs seem to be at such an incline that its a workout to get to the room.

Brick building with very good sound proofing! Parking right outside my room was appreciated. The attached restaurant is absolutely amazing. I felt that it was extremely clean. Nothing seemed worn out or dated.

The front desk attendant when I checked out did not speak English and tried to double charge me for my rooms. It was sorted out with a phone call afterwards.

had a truck and trailer and lots of room to park. Even backed up in front of our room. Nice to have a restaurant onsite that was open until 10pm. (August)

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, it was clean

I was told on the Booking.com website that there would be no charge for the dog. The cost was actually $23.00 plus $2.99 HST.

Very clean - staff was great Hotel bar and restaurant excellent and was easy to communicate for us who do not speak French

The train ran all night but that wasn’t the hotels fault

We enjoyed our breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant was very good as well. Staff friendly and service was good.

Loved how spacious it was with a couch, two chairs and a desk with a chair. Made our stay so much more comfortable!

Steam room was great. Restaurant provided a good meal. Restaurant staff were attentive.
