The pool and pool area were very nice. The temperature of the room was awesome - nice and cool but has a heater to make it as warm as you want. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that our room had a tub where I could relax my sore muscles.

The front desk staff said that the saunas were not available, only the pool. I didn't see why they weren't available, they seem to work. Either way, I was a bit disappointed. The continental breakfast was very minimal and most of the food products tasted stale. My daughter's jam was "fizzy" (fermenting?) and I overheard another guest describe the breakfast sandwich as "rubbery." My toast and peanut butter were pretty alright though. Our room was right between the stairwell and the corridor to the pool and breakfast area. This meant a LOT of noise outside our door. We like it cool at night, so we didn't have the benefit of the heater fan. I turned on the bathroom fan for some white noise, but I still ended up just getting up earlier than I wanted to.

The staff were all very pleasant - including the manager! Very courteous, helpful and polite. Breakfast available which was wonderful. The mattresses were the best we ever slept on! We definitely plan to revisit this hotel next time we go to Hearst!

The staff were all amazing, the whole place was really clean and we had a great stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights prior but my husbands surgery got cancelled and I cancelled the room without having even 24 hours notice but the staff was great and didn't charge us. We ended up getting it rescheduled in 2 days so rebooked the hotel room. Had the option of late check out which helped in our situation.

It was really dry, the beds could be a bit more comfortable and the pool was closed but not their fault so I didn't factor that in to my rating

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us! Travelling with seniors, they changed our rooms to bottom floor, easy access. Very eager to be helpful. Room was great, very clean. Would stay again.

The bedroom was big and nice- clean - beds were confortable. Bathroom good too.

Breakfast is a little bit “short” The road in front of the hotel is very busy and LOUD!! You need ear plugs!!

The door key wouldn't work from the outside door. No issue, as staff warned us in advance. Google Maps is way off. Had us parking at a nearby lumberyard and walking to the hotel when it is directly off the highway.

Easy to find location, huge parking space. Clean and quiet environment. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Staff who assisted me moved us to the ground floor as we are originally booked on second floor. Ground floor worked better for us. Room was very huge, clean, A/C or heater was quiet. Had microwave and fridge and complimentaries.

Pillows were not comfortable enough to sleep on. Very few options for breakfast.

Massive parking space, right on the highway, next to all gas and food joits....

Breakfast was very limited.... Bread, Crossiants, Myffins , and Milk Cereal, eggs and Coffee.,

I really liked that you could get in your room from is die the building and from outside.

The breakfast ended much too early for my sleeping teens.

If you like trains, this location is right near train tracks. Parking was right outside our ground floor room with direct outside access, which was very nice and convenient. Had a good night's sleep here.
