Great easily accessible location of Hwy 11 right at you get into Kap from the east. Staff was quick and helpful for check in. Room was nice, clean, and spacious.

Nothing of the fault of the Comfort Inn but there was some incident that occurred with a different guest in the middle of the night that resulted in the OPP being called to site at about 1:30 in the morning so that woke me up in the middle of the night with a 12h drive the next day.

Location was great for cross Ontario travel. Came in late, left early.

I wish there was more security. Fishermen and trades are vulnerable to theft. I saw no cameras in the back. There is no designated trailer parking.

Front desk staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and beds comfortable.

The parking lot could use some attention, in very bad shape.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

This is no-fault of the facility but when I booked the room online booking com popped up right up as if it was the facilities reservation service online. It ended up costing me more money and no cancelation ability and no choice points either. A lesson learned for me. I'll be more careful next time.

The facility has no elevator but gal at the desk carried my bag to the second floor for me.

Room AC way too cold, could figure out how to turn it off.

The stay was short - literally hours - with a late check-in and an early departure. A problem with our initial room (no functioning AC) was quickly corrected by assigning us another room. Otherwise clean and comfortable. An included hot and cold breakfast provided in the morning.

Close to snowmobile trails and rooms were modern and clean! Staff was excellent!

Nothing, all in all a very good experience!
