I went into the main office and was pleasantly greeted by the lady at the front desk. She was very thorough when she explained how to get the room and where to park, my room was in the back building The room itself was very large, with a king size bed! Everything was very clean. This place was situated right next to the Tim Hortons in town. Another plus. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, everything smelled so good. Nice lighting in the room. I was in the back building so I had some patio doors to open the curtains in the morning to let the light in. I also had a huge delay on my bus which didn't arrive until 3AM due to bad winter roads and the staff was more than understanding and kind while wishing me a good night.

Located beside Tim Hortons so I just ran next door in the am. There is no breakfast offered at the motel.

nothing. It's very close to the downtown shopping area, there's a train museum across the street. It was good.

Easy check-in/out. The place was clean and ambient.

During checkin, I was asked for my credit card and my card information was recorded (except 3 digit code) despite that I had already done the pre- payment. If its for security purpose, alternative ways need to be figured out.

The receptionist was courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was neat and tidy

The bed cover was thin, and the Aircon unit was fairly loud.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and room was super clean and very comfortable

had to run bath a long time till had hot water and I felt bad about wasting water

The only thing I can think of is that I had to unplug the light to use the microwave. Other than that everything was great.

The person checking me in was very kind, even though we were late getting in. It was so quiet I couldn't hear anything outside, and there was a band playing next door.

Nothing, it was exactly what I needed after a long day on the road.
