Room was extremely spacious and a great balance between carpet and bare floor. Swimming pool was clean and breakfast was decent.

We had ants in our room! We were just there the one night so didn't pay it too much attention, but we found a handful in the main room the night we got in, as well into the next day both in that area and bathroom. It wasn't a trail so it didn't look like the room was unclean, it looked like they were in/out between some ground cracks.

All good, just a bit pricey

Being encountered by a stranger when returning 9 in the evening, by my window, a man standing there, scary individual. Front desk helped shoo him off the property. I’m a female 74 year old. Impressed by lady at the front desk.

Very accommodating staff and the hotel is clean and well appointed with a good breakfast and several extra amenities such as a pool and gym.

There is construction right in front of the hotel which makes getting around inconvenient. This should be shared ahead of guests'stays

Staff had great personable skills. Attentive and quick to resolve our issue...with the remote.Nice hot breakfast in the morning.

No complaints from me. My stay was an enjoyable break.

Rooms were cozy and provided what we needed for the night.

Hotel is a but outdated, parking isn't much and being right downtown there is some pretty sketchy people outside.

Location was central to both arenas where the grandkid was playing! Breakfast was nice and warm. Staff were also very friendly! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We had different options (hot and cold meals).

The air conditioning system was a little confusing.

Sorry we didnt have the full breakfast. Coffee was good and the food spread looked delicious. It was Xmas holidays and we had brunch at family home.

It is conveniently located, the beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious.

Unfortunately the pool was not available all weekend.

Had knee surgery, would have been nice if hotel had a wheelchair for guests
