Booking information suggested that breakfast was included. It was not. What was included was a bag of 'breakfast to go,' which was a bottle of water, a piece of fruit, and maybe a muffin or something. That's not breakfast. We had breakfast in the restaurant - which we thought was included! - and while it tasted ok, it was rather expensive for what we ordered.

We had planned to go hang out in the hot tub in the evening, but it was full of bugs, and there was no net scoop to get them out. Perhaps having a screen installed over the tub, to be removed only when the tub is in use, would be a good idea. In the end, it's not our job to clean the hot tub, so we didn't use it (which, after the incredibly long drive we'd had that day, was very disappointing).

The sauna room is my favorite room in all of abitibi, everything from the massage chair to the amazing jet tub surrounded by dark mirrors creates an ambiance any bad b*tch can vibe with. I will definitely be coming back 💜

My favourite hotel to travel with my little family. I like having a door that goes outside in our room , it makes unpacking easier.

Last stay we were only able to stay upstairs which doesn’t have a door to go outside

The room had a window that opened! The Amosphere was an incredible value with wonderful staff. Kudos to everyone for being so friendly. The property was well-maintained and the room was very clean. Everything you could possibly want was in the room. Nice comfy chair by the window as well.

There was nothing that I did not like.
