'Boutique' hotel providing excellent Customer Service. The front desk staff were all awesome! Everyone spoke English, were knowledgable, accommodating and engaging. Thank you for the all hours hot water, quick parking resolve, and most espsecially The Mullet talk. ;). The room was comfortable, spacious, and offered a great leather reading/working chair and side table. I liked the options with pillow thickness. Ample parking and good location.

The fan in bathroom had an open pipe venting air into it, seems strange it had no filter also it created a 24/7 noise, no usb charging station and I only brought one cube, no recycling bin, bed a little hard...

The breakfast. Absolutely 0 options and variety, most stuff gets used within the first 2 hours, if you come at 9 am good luck finding food. More food options that are more affordable and better quality need to be provided. Food was really bad.

The location was great as usual The place is excellent very clean and quiet The breakfast is always great also The price is a bit high but all hotels are high after this pandemic we lived through Hope prices will come down with time so we can travel more again soon

Location was close to everything we had to be. The breakfast was good.

The keurig in the room was not working.

I thought the rooms were very clean. It was nice and quiet. We were only there for one night. We had a very restful night.

I think a bit better selection for the breakfast would have been nice. Also the refrigerator in our room was on a cart so we moved it into the hallway. We didn’t need the refrigerator but hopefully one was returned for the next visitor.

it was clean. near center and a few steps from the lake. parking was easy. staff (Bianca) was great and gave me another room when I discovered mine didn’t have a fridge.
