Staff was very friendly, front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all very courteous and helpful promptly. Liked the ledges in the shower for soaps and shampoos. Front desk very helpful when we had pedal bikes to store during our trip! Very clean through the property. Full Breakfast was great scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, waffles and omelettes. Well done!

We had a fairly late check-in after spending the whole day packing up our home. The front desk receptionist was absoulutely delightful to deal with! It was after midnight, and she was pleasantly happy and seemed to be in a great mood even working the dreaded night shift! Of course we were a bit hungry but everywhere in town was closed. She had even went the extra mile for us and had offered us banana bread, lemon poppy seed bread, an apple and tea and coffee from the breakfast kitchen for a late night snack.

Completely out of canalta's hands, but all of their Coca-Cola pop machines were out of order because of the strike they were undergoing. So wasn't much to drink in the whole hotel

We liked having a door right by where we parked (handicap room) and a door to the hallway. We liked that the window opened a bit. Bed and bedding was very nice and comfortable, lots of towels. Liked having a fridge and Keurig. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast though maybe bacon could be cooked a little more and maybe a couple of oranges added to the apple selection for fruit. The staff were excellent.

The pop machine was not working…..not a big deal! Keurig machine in our room wasn’t working properly, I mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent. Everyone on staff, made our puppy feel loved and welcome!

Would have appreciated a change of towels for our second night stay.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. My room was very clean, as someone with allergies if a hotel carpet isn't cleaned properly it can make my stay unpleasant. This was very clean and I appreciated that greatly

Only one small detail when we were checking in, the gentlemen was on the phone as he was giving us our keys at check in. He didn’t inform us of breakfast time or any directions to elevator or our room.
