Online booking was easy. Didn’t have breakfast but the coffee was very good 👍. Was with a group at Kenosee and had breakfast there. Location was convenient. Check-in was great. The lady was very friendly and explained things- breakfast times, restaurant times, casino times, room cleaning. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We requested clean towels once. The two cleaning ladies happened to be at the front desk when we made our request so we got to meet them-great ladies! We were pleased that bottled water was also provided. Thank you. Love the “Mother Earth” products. (Would be nice for the hotel to have these products for sale on site). Very quiet and relaxing. Large parking lot.

Missed the Mother Earth body lotion.

Room was a good size. In the process of renovation so new carpets and furnishings but not fully finished yet on the renovations. Definitely acceptable however in the stage of renovation it was presented in.

TV was very hard to operate. Without a hotel features and how to binder that most hotels utilize we could not change the channels and we didn't know what the amenities were at the facility.

I like the location & the hotel itself. I am impressed by how huge our hotel room is, the bed & pillows are super comfy, and the bathroom is clean...The room has a fridge, a TV, and a microwave. The hotel is close to Moose Mountain Provincial Park - about a 12-15 minute drive.

Good location, always someone on call. I liked the bathroom having shampoo etc. and a hairdryer. The fish and chips were terrific.

There could have been more choices for breakfast.

Convenient location, good restaurant with specials, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms.

Breakfast room needed more attention. Chairs were stained, tables needed to be cleaned and things refilled. There should be no smoking in the casino.

Bear Claw Hotel truly one of the best hotels I stayed in. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in a calm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's modern yet cozy ambiance created the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. They gave us discounts on dining and casino and the overall stay was very budget friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked everything about this stay.

Breakfast was fair. We’re one of the first ones to eat in the morning and there were no plates out. We’ve been nice to have a few fruits even some bananas on hand otherwise very nice. A good variety of carbs and protein

The location is somewhat remote, 13 km away from nearest small town. The landscaping around the building is dreary even though it's set in a beautiful location in Moose Mt, Sk. The complimentary breakfast was very good, comfortable bed, roomy room, friendly staff.

The pillows on the bed were too much, very uncomfortable, sore neck in morning. Blow dryer didn't work rm 104. Parking lot rough, hard on suitcase rollers, and landscaping unkempt.

The staff are so friendly. They are doing a great job. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the area is quiet and enjoyable.

I would like to see a stand fan in the gym area. The wall air conditioner fan does not circulate the air very well. A stand fan would allow me to position the fan on my workout area and allow me to enjoy my workout more. Right now the gym room gets too hot and I cannot workout in there very long because it is too hot.

Lovely, quiet & clean property. Do not let the casino part dissuade you from staying. The casino has its own entry & is separate. The room are very comfortable & quiet (just make sure the alarm isn’t set too early). Good restaurant with a variety of fare. The breakfast in the morning is more than adequate and includes a breakfast sandwich.
