New building that is bright and clean.

The disability access is less expensive than the regular room. I did get the queen room one night and disabled access another. They forgot to charge me the extra money for the queen room and they said it’s more because it’s bigger, but it isn’t. The room is the same size and you get a much larger bathroom in the disability suite which takes a bit of room out of the main space which still has plenty of room. They should be the same price and keep disability access rooms open for those whom need them.

The staff are exceptional. I requested a later checkout and the front desk staff not only granted my request but went the extra mile to provide amazing customer service. I was in town for a family funeral and given it is a small town staff were aware of this, they showed care and compassion in their interactions with me. I would 1000% stay here again should I return to maple creek.

Breakfast was very good—liked the home made muffins. Would have liked option for decaf coffee. Sausages great…pancakes so-so. Lots of choices for bagels/bread. Front desk person excellent—great advice about where to eat. Took us out the back to show us the park/path. Kitchen person was most helpful about what road NOT to take to get across to Cypress Hills…Fort Walsh.

Needs to be more than 1 teabag in the roomm

The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and spotless. The lobby is beautiful and the room was very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished with high-quality furniture. The staff is outstanding. Thank you for everything! We truly appreciate your excellent service. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The front desk agent even adjusted our rate as the room was more money on Booking.com compared to their rate which was $40 dollars less, so greatly appreciated the adjustment. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Our room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Room was pristine. Spacious bathroom. The sound of the train around the hotel was a plus for us.

Everything was excellent. However, I would like to point that the low water pressure in the shower and the hot breakfast could have more options. However, these topics don’t diminish the excellent quality of this nice hotel.

We were told upon check-in that they'd given us a free upgrade. Imagine our shock when we entered what turned out to be a 2 bedroom suite, with every imaginable amenity! There was a full kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as a washer & dryer. Very comfortable beds, and nice and quiet. Thanks so much!

Nothing....best place that we've ever stayed. We've done many road trips and stayed in many places. This was hands down the best!

Clean building, well lit, clean rooms and friendly staff.

We had arrived to the hotel fairly early so we could relax and watch tv/movies since driving 9 hours that day then to find out after they just had someone out to fix the internet but what ever he just did knocked out the tv all evening/all night/all morning. it was horrible. we may as well just kept driving. there was no discount brought up or anything. I am very disappointed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well built. Sound didn’t travel through the halls and into our suite at all. The continental breakfast was excellent and well stocked and attended to. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The two bedroom suite was very clean and had more amenities than we could’ve asked for. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

The suite was spacious, very clean, and extremely quiet through the evening and night. The absence of foot traffic and related noise in the hallway almost convinced me I was the only occupant in the building.

Nothing really stands out during my one night stay. Perhaps if you are price sensitive this may not be an ideal place to stay.
