The mattress and pillows were amazing! We appreciated the kitchenette and everything supplied, though we did not use it to its full potential, it was great to know it's an option for a future stay. The indoor pool was a warm temperature and was a great start and end to our day.

The hot tub was empty, which was disappointing and was not mentioned to us on arrival even when we asked for the hours and location to these amenities. It was disappointing that the front desk did not mention this and instead told us where to find the pool and hot tub and its operating hours. It's frustrating to pay full price for a stay and to receive false information after handing over my credit card....

Great location, great value. Beds are super comfortable. They have a Keurig in the room and a mini fridge with a freezer. Room had a large TV 55” I believe, Staff are fantastic. They have 24hr coffee. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms were very clean, the AC was cooling the room before I arrived. The tv was easy to use, the pool was salt water hot, a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the coffee was very good.

I noticed a vested police officer with a possible transport person with them, made me notice.

The glass glasses in the room were not clean . We enjoy a nightcap in a glass glass . We had to use plastic. Pillows were very firm and too thick for our liking .

The facilities were excellent. We had a very large room with a small kitchen and the bed was absolutely enormous. A good breakfast was included.

The breakfast was poor. Had to go out afterwards. 17:00am Eggs were dry, hash browns were soggy and bacon 🥓 overcooked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds.

The breakfast was fairly basic, but not bad.

This was the first BW that asked if we were BW card/club members. The bed and pillows were very good. The room was clean and had all the extras. The Continental breakfast was above our expectations and well maintained. The front desk was friendly and professional which sets the tone for your stay.

Everything was better than what we would find here. So great job!!

Was in town for a funeral. Hotel staff treated our group very well.

They were not prepared good for breakfast, had to wait long for food and waiter was not very friendly.
