The hotel staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and even called my room an hour after check-in to make sure everything was ok. Both check-in and check-out were easy. I as greeted in my room by a towel elephant, which was very cute and creative. My room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The breakfast was subpar, I was picking wax paper out of the scrambled eggs which were bland, there was no bacon only pork sausage, and the pancake maker was not operational.

We booked the family room/suite. It was well prepared, ready and clean when we arrived. Enough space for my family of 6. Location easy to get to. Quiet surroundings and hotel. Very nice and friendly staffs. I liked that I can do check in online. Free continental breakfast is good and added value to our stay.

Plenty of room, for 3 adults & a dog. Great sleep at night, not noisy. They have the best complementary breakfast that we have ever had at any hotel that we've stayed in. The staff are very friendly.

No grab bars in shower. Very low toilets, need to be upgraded. No clock in the room.

Location excellent for our travel needs, did not use breakfast service, child with dietary restrictions. Very convenient to have kitchenette.

Location easily accessed. Room air conditioner was very quiet and effective. Very clean, with friendly service. Good coffee at the breakfast.

Could use firmer pillows. Toppings for the porridge were not refilled.

Bed was good, rugs are clean. Smells good

Our toilet was plugged probably from previous because there was a plunger at our door. No one came to help us, when we called.

I loved our 1 bedroom king-size suite. It was very comfortable, and the staff were super amazing.

I absolutely loved everything to the continental breakfast to our beautiful suit.

I was travelling with my dog and the room was situated very conveniently to take her out

The room smelled stale. And taps in the bathroom sink didn’t appear to have been cleaned

The convenience to where and what we had too do while in Prince Albert

The temperature was hard to control in the room. It was either cold or hot.

Breakfast was excellent.

There was a persistent odor when entering the room, by the door to the bathroom.
