Very clean and updated hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were surprisingly comfy, too. It was nice and quiet. The blinds completely black out the room, which is amazing. The pool was perfect, and we had the whole place to ourselves for about an hour. And the free breakfast was so good. It did not feel like a typical continental breakfast at all. There were so many options, including hot food like hashbrowns, bacon, eggs, etc. It's definitely the best hotel to stay in PA. The door to the room doesn't close all the way by itself. You have to make sure it closes and clicks shut behind you. I also noticed two other doors that were left open a bit as I walked down the hall. It's not a big deal, but definitely make sure you're closing it properly behind you. Other than that, this hotel was amazing.

The room was really clean and we'll set up. We spent the extra money and got a room with 2 king beds for our family of 4 and it was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the warm pool, the waterslide and the hot tub. The breakfast was good and included an assortment of items from eggs, sausages, pancakes, oatmeal, muffins, and yogurt. Our family is looking forward to returning in the future for a family staycation.

The pool deck could have used some cleaning. I was also a little concerned when in the pool I couldn't see my feet and the water appeared to be cloudy.

I was extremely happy with the hotel, the service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was amazing no matter who you spoke with everyone was happy to help or answer a question.

The only thing I was unhappy about was when my child fell in the lobby because the tiles are very very slippery when wet and despite having wet floor signs out while mopping the floor tiles chosen were a poor install choice given the pool and lobby so always being wet. I foresee a lot more falls in that lobby.

What I liked about the property: The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the bed linen was fresh, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Nothing extraordinary, but everything was as expected.

There was noticeable dust on many horizontal surfaces in the room. For CAD 220 per night, I expected better attention to cleanliness.

Excellent property, super clean. It's newly built and so very thoughtfully designed with comfortable room space and comfortable beds as well. Not dull at all, very lively, and lots of good breakfast options. We are vegetarian, and we had options as well.

Maybe something to think about is TV channels, which aren't much to watch, unfortunately. But we cared less as we were only there for sleeping and resting.

Clean rooms, clean pools, clean facility in general. In Prince Albert you always have to worry about how nasty the hotel you’re going to stay in is, with this one because it’s new it’s very clean, I didn’t have any worries about bed bugs, or any nasty stuff. Great place to stay worth the money. Only place I’ll be staying in PA from now on.

When we checked into our room there was only two towels and no remote for the tv. Tried phoning front desk but in room phone wasn’t working. When washing my hands found a half full liquor bottle hidden in the towels.

The bedrooms are fine and clean. Good sight, good options breakfast, and the staff is very kind.

The parking lot could be better marked, sometimes the people leave their cars badly parked.

Breakfast was great! The Breakfast area was very clean and well organized, and a huge selection.

It wasn't the hotels fault, but I nicely fell asleep and the fire alarm went off, so had a hard time getting back to sleep.

There was way too much noise, there was children running up and down the hallways all night and in the morning as well. We were also told that check out wasn't until 12pm and we got a call at 11:30am asking that we leave. We were also sad that the slide wasn't working in the pool room.
