The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and close to everything.

Stairs. There is no elevator so when we went to check-in, we had to haul our luggage up the stairs to get into the lobby. Then we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor at the building across the street, so we hauled the luggage back down the stairs and across the street only to find more stairs awaited us to get into the building. Once in the building, we had to climb the stairs to get to the second floor (which is the top floor). Once in the room it was great but if you have difficulty managing stairs with luggage, this hotel will present a challenge.

Good location in downtown Dawson City. Very comfortable room. Reception staff were professional and personable.

Squeaky floors above were an impediment to sound sleep. The tiny fridge in the room did not have a freezer compartment which is necessary for icepacks to keep coolers cold for onward travel. This is why I marked the facilities and value for money lower than the other categories.

Room quite tight for space with the two queen beds in it and lots of furniture. The attached bar/restaurant had quite random opening hours, often closing alot earlier than advertised, but staff friendly and food good.

Location is great, bed even though a bit noisy was comfy, shower was fantastic, hot water and a lot of pressure. This Hotel is very nice.

The hallway is quite nosy, so at night you might hear the unconsiderate other guests and no breakfast 3 days per week, need to find another location. Breakfast offered (when open) is very small, although good, but could definitely use more choice...and what happened to the sourdough pancake. An institution there that seems to have been lost unfortunately.

The staff were excellent. Especially Rasika. She sorted out our complicated room bookings when some family arrived late due to flight cancellations. She also saw a local Facebook post about my lost credit card and had it brought directly to the hotel for me to pick up. The beds were very comfortable and the room was great and quiet. Loved having a fridge in the room as well as microwave and Starbucks coffee. Location in town was fabulous. Food was good in the bar as well. Great place to stay.

They need to replace the tub and sink that both looked very worn.

The breakfasts were really great, especially the eggs benedict with salmon. We were delighted to be able to have gluten fre toast! Servers were all super friendly and efficient.

The only little thing to mention is that we had a room for 3 adults, on two occasions, for a total of three nights, but the glasses, mugs, and coffee, tea etc, was always provided for only two people. Nothing serious, just a mention of it.

Quirky hotel in the centre of Dawson City. Room was very clean tidy and comfortable although a little warm. Fans were provided. Tea/coffee/fridge and microwave available in room. Location was perfect for downtown. Staff were helpful and maid service was offered daily. Would definitely stop again.

Excellent hotel in a great location. We were in the annex which was just across the street from the main hotel. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The bar in the main hotel was a good place for a good and reasonably priced evening meal.

Such a treat to stay in this restored old building. My room was a modern renovated one on the ground floor of their annex, across the street from the main hotel. The breakfast was excellent! The location is right in the centre of downtown, so walking distance to everything.

I didn't mind, but a caution to those with mobility issues: the access to the building is a fairly steep stairway from the boardwalk.

There are two buildings for this property - one is the old hotel and the other, an annex across the road. We were in the annex. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Had a small fridge and ice machine in the foyer. It is in the centre of town, although it is a small town.

The sink was in the main room with a very small bathroom.
