Really cute and great location. You can walk to most places.

The beach has eroded drastically and is not at all what it has been in the past. We had to be shuttled to the public beach.

The property was beautiful. We even enjoyed our time on the beach.

Our room was amazing. It was large and very spacious. it had a dining area, fridge and microwave. The location is great for restaurants, but is a bit far from the nice beaches - the hotel provides a shuttle as part of the resort fee which is awesome! So we used that a lot. Breakfast was lovely each morning, especially the breakfast staff. Martin is amazing. The pool area is beautiful.

The one day, we received a knock on the door, and it was pest control. I'm glad I was in the room at the time to know they were coming and be available to pack away any food that wasn't packed away. I think guests should be made aware before something like pest control sprays in the rooms. We had food in the room, we have young kids and I'm asthmatic. Before spraying chemicals, guests should be made aware. They only seemed to have a single person at the reception desk at a given time which meant there were long queues. I sent a few messages via the Booking.com messaging system and didn't receive any replies. We found the pool bar very expensive, and ended up buying groceries at the local store and keeping them in our bedroom fridge which worked well.

Overall stay was great! My expectations were exceeded. Jaime at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! I was celebrating my birthday with friends and feel like we chose the perfect hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean! The breakfast was great! The location was great as the hotel shuttle was able to take us to local areas close by and seven mile beach. Taxis were easy to catch in this area when needed. We rented the bikes in the morning and rode around the neighborhood which was totally safe. The pool was small but very cute and picture worthy. Our room was attended to daily, beds were re-made, towels replaced. The night before checkout, Jaime called us to set up taxis to the airport which was very helpful. Would def recommend this hotel to others and rebook again!

The beach was eroded from obvious weather conditions out of any one’s control but a few minutes north had beautiful beaches. So not much about the hotel that we didn’t like.

Staff is friendly and helpful, always answering any questions giving suggestions, I can’t remember the name of the person but he is Asian decent: He was sensational!!! Thank you! You went above and beyond to help. Free shuttle was a huge hit! The drivers were so kind and professional. The daily breakfast was delicious! The staff were friendly and polite: the bartender (Colombian girl) was awesome and had great drinks! Honestly you can’t get any better than this you definitely get your moneys worth!! Keep in mind everything is pricey in Cayman Islands , having all this at the rates they offer is just a great deal!$$ we were very satisfied with our stay , Thank you!

They advertise beach within 50feet away. Nope . It’s definitely not a beach were you can swim lol. However you do have the beach within less than a mile : the shuttle takes you and picks you up!

We enjoyed the ability to snorkel at our beach. Breakfast was pretty good. The central location on 7 mile beach was convenient for bus travel around the island

I would have liked a bedside lamp that is dimmable. The lights were all very bright in the evening but for the kitchen.

So cool and trendy! Music was so happy by pool too!

No real beach but def beach access

The comfort of the room and the politeness and kindness of the employees, the relaxation of the pool, and the beach were nice,only one I wish it was all-inclusive, because it was very expensive per night and the exchanges was crazy.

To buy the food outside and all is not great, because I don't know the area and where to go and the few restaurants I went I get rip-off

Nice hotel for the price paid, clean and very roomy. staff friendly. Received a free bottle of wine per our stay. Loved free daily shuttle to the beach and back.

Breakfast did not offer any vegetables, would be nice to have little bit more variety. The free bikes provided by hotel were in a very bad condition and rusty.

Very nice hotel for a family. Very clean and friendly, helpful hotel staff. Had everything we needed and the kitchenette was a major bonus. Pool was fantastic for little ones and beach not far away.

No where to dry wet swim suits, since there is no balcony with your room. I asked about this and they said we could pay $10US to try our stuff for 30mins in their dryer. I don't put swim suits in dryers so all our stuff stayed wet for the week.
