Amy the property manager was fantastic. She was super helpful and immediately responsive to any questions or help needed on our stay. The unit was incredible and in the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. You could split your evenings going north or south to phenomenal restaurants and bars (or just go across the street to Peppers for great bbq or Cimboco for breakfast/lunch…Late night kebabs & poutine are in the same lot about 50’ away from Cimboco too.. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The beach & property were very secure with a 24/7 roaming guard & cameras. Probably the best condo we have stayed in yet. There are steps beach side to utilize the Marriott Beach Bar & Restaurants at will. Taxis 15$ and the “taxi style city bus” 6$ runs by every few minutes to get you up & down the strip easily. Perfect Vacation & Value.

I was disappointed because there was NO BEACH. It washed away and it was super hard to get into the ocean. Seven Mile beach is more like 3-mile beach. Maybe having a noodle for the pool or ocean would have been nice to have. A luggage stand in the bedrooms/closet could have been nice. A nice touch would have been maybe a coffee bar, small snacks, water in the unit and laundry soap so I could have washed clothes.

The apartment was really lovely. Super clean with all the facilities one needs to self-cater. The beds were really comfy. Amy the property manager, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are some excellent restaurants right across the road. As mentioned in other reviews and as stated by Regal, the beach directly in front of the complex has been washed away. This did not bother us however, as we spent most our time doing activities away from the apartment or at Bonnymoon beach club on the north side of 7-mile beach. (It's super easy to catch the public bus for $2.50 pp). The view from the pool area is still beautiful especially at sunset.

Great location and value for money, given how expensive GCI is in general. The unit had all the necessary toiletries and kitchen supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was quick and easy, as they send email with all the details needed on the morning of. Very responsive staff. They also have maid services which is a nice touch since most rental places don’t offer. The patio was the selling point for us to book this place and it didn’t disappoint! We experienced many beautiful sunsets and sunrises from it! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The RBC is located on the 7 mile strip right beside the Marriott and Locale hotel. It’s very central with restaurants, shopping and decent beach within walking distance. It’s quiet and there is security at nights. The check in process was easy and the apartment was modern. They provided a cleaning service but not on the Sunday. Overall great

For a full review of Regal Beach Club, please see my review of March, 2023 in Trip Advisor from our trip last year; details there are still valid, except as noted below. Our unit this time was 232, and the facilities in the unit are equivalent to those in unit 531, which we had last year. Unit 232, on the third floor, has the advantage of having the balcony always being shaded, whereas 531 is partially in the sun during the day. On the other hand, we found the view from unit 531 to be more to our liking. Also, a special note of appreciation for the help provided by Amy; she's a gem, and a great asset to her organization.

At $793 USD per night, versus last year's $550 USD per night, the value proposition for Regal Beach is not what it was last year. That said, they don't seem to have any problem filling the units, so I guess the market works. Also, as many have pointed out, the beach at the complex is now, in a practical sense, non-existent.

Clean! Exactly as described. We traveled with a large group, so the location was perfect. Everyone could walk to several different restaurants. The grounds were kept clean at all times awell. - we rented 2 condos this trip.

Nothing. Everything was great. Would have loved to have had a vending machine for snacks close by to purchase, but there was a gas station a short walk from the resort.

Our stay in unit 311 was overall very good. I would have given this stay five stars if it were not for just a few small things listed above. The location was good and the small beach was nice. Walking distance to many restaurants. The unit itself was renovated and up to date. I appreciated having all the stuff needed to cook meals.

Just a few minor things that I didn't love about this stay. First, there isn't a hot tub at the pool area and I do really love those. Second, the shower in the primary didn't have a shelf or bar or anywhere to put my own toiletries. Minor but annoying. Finally, the coffee filters were the wrong size which again, is very minor just a small annoyance.

Our condo at Regal Beach did not disappoint. Well stocked kitchen, pool/beach towels, plenty of linens and super clean, pretty and comfortable. The view from balcony was beautiful. Pool was great and there was a lovely breeze everyday created by the opening between the two buildings. That part was much welcomed during July! The beach: it has eroded due to hurricanes, etc. However, the view of the ocean from lounge chairs, along with the breeze created by the opening between the two buildings was perfect. Steps leading down to the ocean and we were good to go! It's a great location with walking distance to several good restaurants, grocery stores a quick cab/drive away, and having access to the Marriott for the occasional frozen drink was also very nice.

Very clean. Balcony had a great view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly. Communication with rental company was easy and quick. There are a couple of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the property.

There is not much of a beach left and the amount of beach depends on how rough or calm the seas are. You can walk right next door, however, and also and use the beach. But you can still easily get in the ocean and enjoy some snorkeling right in front of the condo.
