I rang to say ,due to late flight arrival and car ferry etc we wouldn't arrive til 10.30pm Was there any chance of a simple meal when we got there. They produced delicious salmon and chips and welcomed us warmly.

The room was extremely hot and impossible to alter but this was definitely better than being cold.

charming, near the water, walking distance to restaurants, lots of parking in a city that’s so hard to park on, best breakfast selection out of all of our stays in chile, comfortable bed , staff was great

the rooms are dark and could use updating, a patio door would be so nice considering these rooms are right in the water or at least a bigger window, no ac and couldn’t turn the heater off so had to sleep with the window open on ground level not ideal if you’re a hot sleeper like I am

The hotel were able to provide a breakfast for us at 6.15am as we had to leave early to catch the ferry.

The prices quoted by booking.com varied. The first screen said price included all taxes and the second said it didn’t. The price DID NOT included taxes unless you paid in cash using American dollars, which as British tourists we did not have. Therefore we had to pay an extra 19%.

Stunning location in an otherwise not so nice city. Beautiful lodge, very rustic. Rooms are a bit outdated but fits the setting. Very helpful staff.

Rooms are a bit outdated, could use a refresher. We were there in January, peak summer yet the heating was on and could not be turned off. Even with the window fully open it was quite warm...

Ubication and very friendly and helpful staff.

No coffee maker , no water to drink, no fridge, room was very small.

The service, location and breakfast included exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this hotel!!!
