Restaurant is pretty good...easy and predictable place to eat. Though the breakfast is large and satisfying, it's predictable...exactly like that of other Diego de Almagro hôtels in the chain (I've done 4 now). I had a very good late afternoon dinner there as well, though service was sketchy at that hour.

Nothing I can think of. I wouldn't call it cozy or romantic, but it's an island of calm and quality and predictability in a city/region that is undergoing so much change.

Staff in the restaurant are very helpfull and warming Rest of satff is also nice but less warming A really nice garage if you arrive at a good tiem of the day

The fact that there is no correct way to get an invoice, but that is due to Chillean Laws, there is not much to do

Nice room, rather small but still comfortable. Place looks new, very clean. Kind of simple but good value.

Bathroom could use additional supplies. Only shampoo/conditioner and 1 small soap, but still very clean. .

The room was comfortable enough.

When I arrived at breakfast, half of the items needing topping up and the staff all seemed quite unhappy to be there

The hotel was fully booked, mainly by heroic firefighters from around the world on a mission to help the Chilean fire fighters and CONAF. The staff of the hotel managed the unusual flow in a great manner.
