The facility's modern comfort and amenities (coffee and tea maker in the room and the mini refrigerator). Loved the excellent quality of the breakfast!! Liked the view the pool and the small man made lake. The quality of the restaurant food ordered. The free and very convenient parking garage underground with access to the hotel elevators.

The room restaurant service - arrived in mid -afternoon and tried to order food/drink items for the room - called several times no response- called the front desk - they said someone would call from the restaurant - no one did - after nearly forty minutes wait I had to go to the restaurant and order the food personally - There were some towels in the room that were left and were not clean - and we had to call cleaning room service to exchange them! Room service had not inspected the condition of the towels left.

The property was clean, new and well maintained.

During the night the ducts made a weird noise that woke me up. Also, the heat of the water in the shower was not optimal, the water came out warm, not hot.

Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Hotel restaurant was the best food option. We had a better meal there than the Volcano Steakhouse. Friendly, professional staff. Javier in the restaurant was very helpful.

Except for the hotel restaurant the food options are not great and nothing else very close. Otherwise an excellent choice and value close to Ruta 5.

Spacious room, impeccable cleanliness (nothing to complain about). Swimming pool with heated water and the possibility of booking a sauna and jacuzzi. Great hotel for a few days!

Breakfast with little variety, but it has the basics and essentials.

Had so many steps to get into the casino, scanned passports about 5 times in the short period of time we stayed there.

Sadly both times I have booked in this place, rooms allocated for Booking.com travellers had a terrible back view to an AC roof instead of the beatiful front view to the lagoons and park, of front rooms across the corridor.

Good, clean, comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again

Nice room, pretty clean, big (above average size), staff very friendly. Location for me was good, that was in need to be close to outgoing roads. If you are looking for shopping, restaurants , bars and etc, there may be other choices. Beside the hotel is part of a Casino complex with some rest inside (but 10000 pesos entrance!!), easy to go.

Just a detail about the shower was in need of f few maintenance

Nice rooms, everything neat clean. Although we had a problem with a leakage from the jacuzzi the hotel change us to another room and gove us a discount.
