The hotel was a great place to stay, was clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful and were able to take care of anything that was asked.

There was no fridge in the room and no kettle available. This made it tricky for us with young kids to store food and drink as well as prepare formula for the little one. The staff were not too helpful when asking for boiling water.

It is a comfortable hotel and very luxurious by the standards of the region and town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I have no complaint against the hotel which must be the employer of many local people. However the lack of development in the surrounding small town is shocking when compared to Puerto Varas. The hotel is in a location of stunning natural beauty in a really busy port town with fish factories and ferries and cruise ships for tourism. Yet all seem to drive through with little incentive to stay to spend some money in the local community where there are few amenities. We saw this also in Puerto Cisnes.

Thought the hotel was beautifully located and appointed and clean and comfortable. The hotel tours were brilliant and very good value for money.

The heating was turned off in the rooms during the day and were cold if you wanted to relax in them. There were no plugs. Staff not as efficient as they could be. Used towels were not replaced. The food wasn’t as good as you might expect from a hotel of this quality.

Nice hotel in a small port town. Close to the main sea trip of the area. The room was large, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and well prepared to give advise

The town has little to offer, aside from being the hub to go to Laguna San Rafael

I am used to hot plates for hot breakfast and they seem to use cold in most hotels in this part of the world

The view and the restaurant are really good they also have buffet, coffee place, sauna and tours to the most amazing and wonderful places at puerto Aysén

The buffet is a little expensive to eat every night but it worth our stay We couldn’t stay the amount of days we wanted cause they were always full of capacity but the days we stayed were unforgettable

Having a small bottle of water each next to the drinking glasses they had out in the bedroom would have been a nice touch.

A luxury hotel in a wonderful natural location. Large enough to provide all you need like any five stars hotel, small enough to feel at home, spoiled by people with familiar names and faces.

Wi fi did not work, an issue beyond the hotel capacity. The town does not have a fair internet service.

Classic/traditional style hotel overlooking the port and the Chilean fjords. Quiet location. Everything was comfortable and the rooms spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

There was nothing I disliked.

The breakfast was very good but the Plates could be bigger, so that crumbs don't go all over the place.
