The swimming pools are exceptional! A lovely range of 3 pools with different temperatures. The walks are beautiful. The buffet is excellent, with a quality range at all mealtimes. The rooms are very comfortable and the whole hotel is exceptionally clean, smells beautiful with tranquil music.

The desks in the bedrooms were scratched and require renewing, the pillows were too soft and flat. Some new walks from the hotel would be very welcome, and the food is very meat-heavy with few tasty vegetarian options. Natural yoghurt at breakfast would also be a great addition.

Beauty of landscape. Classic elegance

Rooms were spartan. No chairs in room. Only restaurant 30 miles around was the very hotel. Need an all inclusive program or very dear.

location is a perfect hideaway hotel and amenities are perfect with all its pools and various temperatures staff were all exceptional, especially the waitress we had on more than one occasion Vanessa who was happy to answer all our questions

our room didn’t have a guild on what numbers to use to call reception or what time piola were open but otherwise 10/10 stay

Of course, the level of enjoyment acquired at the wonderful site is still subject to Mother Nature. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our 3 day visit but we still enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the indoor and outdoor hot spring pools.
