Fantastic receptionist, great customer service , welcoming morning buffet staff, and the best shuttle bus service available every 30 minutes. The room was neat and clean. It had all the amenities and toiletries .The room service was excellent. Hotel shuttle bus service from the airport is on departure level . Just exit gate number 4 and wait for your bus. Or contact the hotel before your arrival and ask them of the bus license plate number. This place is about 1.5 hours away from the city center by train, depending on where you're going.

The location is excellent for transit passengers — just a short transfer from the airport, which the hotel arranged seamlessly. The room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including toiletries, a comfortable bed, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was available for 68 yuan — a good variety of options, all fresh and tasty. The only inconvenience was that some of the staff had limited english proficiency, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always kind, patient, and willing to help, so it didn’t significantly affect the overall positive experience.

Wifi not so good: oftenly the connection cutted of and have to re-login again. Rather expensive meal at hotel's restaurant. Staff on reception very hard speaking english (only one guy was able to speak english more or less, who finally attended us much, rest staff is not english-speaking at all, which is rather unconvenient for the hotel of such level, which is a huge minus for them and their service in question)

The shuttle bus to airport and the hotel itself is such a surprise. The location is within the vicinity of Daxing Beijing Airport, the whole complex have similar hotels but since we are more familiar with hilton name we choose here. The room is minimalist design that is clean and with good amenities and comfy bed. The shuttle every 30min to the airport is a big plus as we have early morning flight.

We have booked 2 rooms with 1 room the aircon is fine and cool, but 1 room is blowing hot air and no window opening due to airport vicinity. The solution provided by the hotel is to give us standing fan instead changing to other room with working aircon. So weird that aircon is not consistent

Perfect for Layovers – Great Location & Comfort Stayed here for a layover at Daxing Airport, and it was a great choice. Free airport shuttle was on time and efficient, just 10–15 minutes to the terminal. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Super comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a great shower made for a perfect rest. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and smooth, and even with limited Mandarin, communication was easy. Breakfast had a good mix of Chinese & Western options, and the 24-hour lobby store was super convenient. A great value for money, would definitely stay again!

Limited dining options – The hotel restaurant has good food, but there aren’t many choices nearby, especially late at night. Shuttle schedule – While the airport shuttle is convenient, more frequent trips would be a great improvement, especially during peak hours. Wi-Fi speed – The connection was stable, but the speed could be faster for streaming or remote work.

Great hotel, close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a bus from the airport every 30 minutes. From the airport, the shuttle departs from the 4th floor, exit 4. The staff is pleasant and helpful. When I checked in, they gave me a flower. So cute! The room was large and quite luxurious, with a switch by the bed to open and close the curtains, an automatic flush toilet and a heated toilet seat ) Good sound insulation, I didn't hear any planes. Tasty breakfast. The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay during a transfer.

This stay was very pleasant, the staff was nice and friendly, I arrived quite early about 8 am and they still found a room for me I just waited for a little bit. The variety of food for breakfast is pretty good. The restaurant is also opened for dinner, the food is delicious. You can find Chinese and European cuisine in their menu. The room was specious and clean, the bed was comfy. They also have a shuttle to the airport. Thanks for everything! I’ll definitely stay again

It's a satisfactory stay with fair price, near to Daxing airport and a recommended choice of accommodation for people who arrive in the airport late or have an early departure. I was received by Mike Zhang and Max Liu, and they were very friendly and helping, but also the two female staff I had met the next morning while checking out, who I don't really know about their names. The only drawback is that the room is a bit too much overheated, it was quite hot. But overall it's a nice stay.

At first day arrived hotel I didn’t have Chinese money and app i could not buy train tickets online and also I need to book taxi as well ,manager Melo straight away told me , “don’t worry, I can help you “ he is a really warm person, , I think he makes whole Hilton stunning! Thats why I did come back stay in Hilton garden again ! Hotel breakfast is good too!

5* Location, new facility, super quiet and very convenient 24*7 shuttle bus at no cost. There is a shuttle to and from Daxing Airport terminal. When you arrive at the airport terminal, you can wait at Gate 4, 4th Floor, Daxing Airport Terminal, and call the front desk which you can find from booking.com. The bus arrives in a few minutes. All drivers, staff are very friendly. You can also order take aways at late night to be delivered to the hotel, and send to your room by robot. My son was amazed.
