The rooms were very large - I especially enjoyed the shower section. I stayed with my partner and found the room very convenient but it could be more challenging for people uncomfortable sharing a washroom as the shower and sink area are not segregated. The hotel also provided cute panda keychains during our stay! We had delivery to the hotel and pick-up was convenient downstairs. There is also a small shop that sold buns and drinks next door. The room was very clean and the AC/Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We mostly took DiDi to get around and location was convenient for pick-up and drop-off.

Fantastic breakfast included if you can get down there in time. It was a great experience. I had a corner room with lovely view from the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't really need the kitchen and lounge but it was all very functional and well kitted out.

No wifi working for me but maybe not surprising. I was later able to get it at the airport by downloading the vpn app and using the china telecom password. I think the hotel could have done something like that for me too if they knew more about wifi. But then i was just passing through. I really did want internet access though so this was disappointing.

The staff were exceptional. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean.

Honestly everything was great, I would only say since there are two Ascott Citadines hotels on the same main road, ensure Didi has them both in their app. Initially when I typed in Citadines it took me to the other location first.. but they helped me book a taxi back to the correct location. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

I would like to give compliments to these few front office staffs that assisted me in retrieving back my lost phone on the day I arrived on 30 May 2025. Without their help, I would not be able to get back my phone where I dropped in the taxi when travelling from TianFu airport to the hotel. The apartment is big, clean. Providing breakfast with varieties that change daily..Very good amenities too. Coffee machine provided at lobby, laundry room, gym room also provided. Daily house keeping services. Front desk is helpful too. The location is very convenient beig next to a metro station.

You can always expect what you get when you stay in Citadines. Lovely roomy apartment. We have everything we need. And Staffs are nice and especially compliments to Ms Celia Go.

None. If I want to say the location is not near the city centre, but subway just a few minutes from the hotel. Ao is not an issue.

The location is very close to the Metro station, it only take 3 minutes walk and also there are many restaurants around, it is very convenient.

The coffee machine in the lobby always out of service but none of the staffs go to fix it.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had a varied spread each day. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially front desk ladies Cynthia and Celia.

The staff is amazing. Helpful and smart. Ms Vicky from the reception desk did her best to solve my complicated problem with wechat wallet, new passport and bank account.
