My recent stay at the Shangri-La Chengdu was exceptional. The hotel's elegant ambiance, combined with impeccable service, created a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning city views. I particularly enjoyed the diverse and delicious dining options, and the hotel's central location made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with any request. Location: Perfect! Centrally located with short distances to sights, restaurants and public transport. Staff: Outstandingly friendly and courteous. Everyone was always helpful and provided a personalized experience. Room/Comfort: Very clean, modern and high quality. Bar/Lounge (Atmosphere, Drinks/Snacks and Service): Excellent. Value for money: Absolutely fair for this quality. Conclusion: An all-round successful experience. If you are looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and top-tier hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all.

Love the location by the river. Beautiful at night when the riverside restaurants, stalls and bars come alive. Walking distance to Chun Xi street and Lan Kwai Feng Chengdu. We spent every night chilling at the Lobby Bar listening to live music. Exceptional service provided by Lois Zhou who by the 2nd day knew our preferences and was very efficient serving all the guests quickly at the lounge and making great cocktails!

Excellent location. Good service and facility. Nice big windows with river view. 24/7 convenience shop on the ground floor outside.

The products provided was not great for a 5 star hotel. Also the room was pretty small.

We wish to thank the staff at the concierge and at the club lounge in particular. They were all very nice and helpful during our 5 day stay. The food and beverage at the club lounge were the best compared to other hotel club lounges that we used to stay. Definitely, we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Some staffers need to improve their English.

Staff was excellent, the food was very good,and Mr. Fu was a tower of helpful local knowledge that greatly improved our trio.

Breakfast is always good at a Shangri-La and this was no different, good quality and wide range. Location was not so great if you are looking for an MRT but if pubs/bars are your thing, they are just outside the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The views from our room were spectacular, the food was lavish and amazing, the bed was sooo comfortable, the service was above and beyond, the pool is sparklingly clean and beautiful, the rooms are silent, and everything is so carefully designed and prepared for a luxurious stay. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there, and it was all so delightful. Thank you, Shangri-la! We'll be back.

Great breakfast with a vast choice of dishes. Nice location on a riverside near the old bridge and business center. Clean large rooms with frsh fruits servicing on a daily basis. The reception area is decorated with amaizing fresh flowers compositions. The staff is extremely client oriented and hospitable.

Stunning hotel and room. Amazing views from the room and Lounge. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were lovely. Excellent location for Anshun bridge and the surrounding area.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for.
