Great location next to a big shopping mall. Stunning hotel - the room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent the the gym was great too. It was the perfect place to stay for a few days in the local area.

Only complaint was that I was initially put on the side of the hotel where there are overnight building works going on - cue a move at 1:30 am due to the noise. It was very frustrating that they wouldn't automatically fill the quieter rooms rather than put me on the noisy side and then me have to move. I appreciate they cant help it but the first thought should be for the comfort of the guests there if the hotel isn't full.

Location was great, just next to a giant mall, very convenient. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, enough space for my big luggage and all my toiletries laid out. There also a speaker in the toilet linked to the TV, which is super cool. The toilet is at the far end from the TV, it's next to the room door. I love the convenient sitting area for wearing shoes at the door too.

The bathtub is open, and shower room is clear glass door. If you're staying alone like me or with a significant other, it's alright. But if you're sharing room with your colleague, it's a bit inconvenient. However, there is a big hidden door you can slide out and close to separate bathing area from the bed area, if you want some privacy. But the bathing area is where the room door is at, so if your colleague comes in from the room door while you bath/shower, then.. you will have a very intimate awkward time with your colleague.

Club floor, a good selection. I am vegan, so not huge choice but was able to have noodles/vegetables and some fruit for breakfast. Would prefer tofu being available too. Staff very nice + after one day of learning I took black coffee, they made me a coffee without me asking. Very intuitive + good service.

I like eating on the 2nd floor Club Floor - so would prefer to have tofu available for the cooked breakfast area. Beans are good, as are the vegetables.

Located right in the middle of Donnguan, this hotel is fabulous. The rooms are extremely spacious, very well appointed and comfortable. My room had stunning views across the city which lights up at night. Exceptional accommodation, very helpful staff and luxurious accommodation all make for a perfect place to stay. You can walk to the new shopping centre full of places to eat. Cannot praise the helpfulness of the staff enough. One of the best hotels to stay and I highly recommend staying here.

The room was fantastic, with tasteful decor and a beautifully comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Dongguan and is walkable to the malls and restaurants, and Hongfu Road Metro station is nearby. You can also walk to the park near the mall or take the metro. I would consider staying here again based on my experiences. I have stayed at the hotel twice so far.

New property located in the new Center of Dongguan

Property was new with very modern facilities. Great room and common area lay outs. Breakfast buffet was great, lofts were fast and staff were friendly and informative. Check in and check out we’re both efficient and fast. Hotel is located next to a huge mall which was very convenient. Over all great stay.

I like everything about that, the rooms are great, except that cooling box doesn’t work well.

My complaint about the hotel is that, as an International Hotel and specially, an Intercontinental Hotel, there are only few people from the staff that can speak English.

Room is excellent, coffe and dinner as well.

People in the restaurant speak very poor english ... during the dinner they brought me a lobster and I did not order for... I haa just asking some information...

The hotel is fantastic, staff so profesional, the room is amazing with a very confort bed. Breakfast is extraordinary. Very calm room.
