Front door staff were welcoming and helpful. The view from our room was great, blackout curtains worked as they should, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Breakfast had a great choice of Chinese and western dishes, not too oily, above expectations.

Check-in staff refused to speak another language other than mandarin. Also we were refused breakfast during check-in even though our booking specified breakfast was included in our booking. It wasn't until they spoke to their superior that breakfast was "granted".

The Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi is a spotless clean hotel that provided us with a large, spacious room with a modern bathroom, including a great shower. The beds were extremely comfy and had crisp, clean sheets. The buffet breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the evening meal we had from the hotel restaurant. But, by far the best aspect of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Ms Ivy H, Hotel Manager, Guest Services. She proactively provided us with informative and helpful information in perfect English during our stay. This saved us a lot of time and energy and definitely enhanced our experience in China.

The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures on Booking.com had lead me to believe. However, it is still a pool where you can relax and enjoy yourself.

Room is spacious. Breakfast is great with ideal price.

changing room of swimming is so disgusting. Floor is wet and full of hair. Seems no one cleaning. No ventilation. Can't stand even a minute. No towel was provided. I need to go back to the room and bring the towel. Reception there is lack of experience. Only say no no no.

The hotel is the best place to experience the Chinese New Year atmosphere in Zhuhai. They gave me the best room and the best floor possible for my family. The help was excellent to book for car service and buying high speed rail tickets. The room was splendidly clean.

I suggest NOT to visit the Chinese restaurant next door. It has horrible service.

Cleaning,comfort

The cost of breakfast is too higher,Considering the hotel's international status, I believe it is possible to offer more variety in the breakfast selection. The options mainly focused on local cuisine, which made it challenging in terms of food choices for guests.

Over the period of the week the majority of staff made up for it with their friendly, welcoming nature. The breakfast was good with quite a wide choice ( but not the smoked salmon or fresh orange juice mentioned in previous booking.com reviews for this property). Housekeeping were friendly and the hotel is located on a quiet place by the river. WiFi was consistently good. All in all a pleasant stay, would return again.

The pool was closed which was disappointing. No welcome smile, just a cold receptionist. Little was explained at check-in, I needed to ask what time breakfast was, where it was, where the lifts and fitness centre were and so on. The girl checking us in appeared annoyed I was asking so many questions.

Room is big and clean . staff is friendly.

Everything is good except location but since didi drive is not a concern, will choose back this hotel when we come back to Zhuhai. RMB 70 ride (electric car) to seafood street.

Very well managed by friendly staff. We were upgraded to a larger room with free breakfast for both of us. Room was well decorated with a nice sofa. Lobby is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is very good too. Excellent value

The hotel manager , Mr Nick Lv was really one of the most helpful, courteous and friendly I have encountered in all my stay in a hotel so far. The breakfast was great too.

The location is a little inconvenient. Luckily, a staff from nearby massage centre recommended the Chinese restaurant at the right corner of hotel. It was Very good

The river view is good. My family loves the swimming pools. The hotel room is very spacious and very comfortable for us. All required facilities are available. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. My family loves this hotel.

Except the location is not near any shopping mall and eateries. Anyway we are in Zhuhai for the Ocean Kingdom and some business matters.
