During my stay at a Marriott Zhuhai, I had the pleasure of experiencing a truly remarkable and enjoyable time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff, in particular Miss Alina YU. Alina helped my check-in process which was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room and begin my relaxing stay. She also provided detailed information about room features, hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions. Afterwards she also made herself available for answering various queries. Whilst there were issues arisen during my stay, Alina is proactive in finding solutions. Whether it's a problem with the room, a request for extra amenities, or assistance with travel arrangements, she took immediate action to address the issue and ensure my satisfaction. In sum, it was a truly memorable experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Please convey my sincere gratitude to your staff including Alina and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

Staffs are super nice and friendly. Foods and environment of the executive lounge and restaurant are excellent. The area around is quiet and extremely suitable for relax but you can still take a 5 minutes walk to a big shopping mall there you gonna have choices of foods from different provinces; choices of daily life and fashionable items. I especially wanted to say thank you for the cordiality and helpfulness of the staffs there. I really enjoyed my stay with my wife for our 27th wedding anniversary.

It is located at the lake next to malls which is good

One staff was really nice during checkin. Another staff could use some smile and perhaps say thank or bye during check out. Could use some drinks or snack at the mini bar we booked a suite. We don’t mind paying for the minibar. The shape of the room is a bit wasteful.

Cozy & comfortable room, nice & user friendly room design

A little bit smell of drainage upon entering the room on the first day but it disappeared later the day. Staff at reception in Feb 5 morning is not friendly when I asked for help for the room card.

Pretty much everything. It had a great pool and gym and large rooms, almost too large.

Nothing really although having to change elevators to get from the ground floor to your room isn’t perfect but logical from a security perspective.

Location is good yet not the centre of Zhuhai, it takes an hour drive to Qinglv road. Very convenient, many restaurants around and a Thai spa.

None of the socket has 13A socket, make sure you bring adaptor especially for business trip; and the TV in my room is on the right hand side of bed, that's quite weird.

The hotel is good design, modern and nice colour matching in the room, very comfortable stay.

Breakfast didn't has beacon when we had breakfast at 9am, I expected beacon is basic food item in hotel buffet breakfast.

Everything !! The Marriott is brand new so all was perfect and beautiful !! High standard !! Environment is amazing too !! Breakfast great with plenty of choices !! it's my first time ever that I give a score of 10 !!
