This is an extremely beautiful, stylish hotel. As an interior designer I really appreciated all the details. It's new and very well maintained. Cleanliness and organization above standard. All the staff were incredibly helpful, using translation apps to support clear communication, but a special 'shout out' to Felix, who went above and beyond to support all my tech issues on arrival. The Science District is quite a way from the center, but so worth it! I highly recommend experiencing the Deluxe king Room :)

The only thing is the air conditioning has too big an outlet and if you want a lighter impact it can be too strong.

The reception staff does not speak English, but they do their best to serve you 100%. The subway terminal is a few steps from the hotel. The area where the hotel is located is a quiet area and undergoing renovation, but a little far away The wifi worked intermittently, good and terrible connections Excellent breakfast The cleanliness and odor of the hotel is excellent.Towards the back there is a supermarket with everything 400 meters away there is a very good shopping center

Very friendly staff and even if they do not feel somfortable to speak english, they know very well how to efficiently deal with translation apps. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfy. I felt safe and welcome every day. The metro station directly in front of the hotel is a big plus too.

I like the design and the "qoutes" of the back of boxes of the toiletries. The breakfast is good, they have many choices. the hotel is just in front of the metro station. Only pay for RMB9 from hotel to Baiyun airport

Nothing. Awesome breakfast available too. It is a way from central Guangzhou but the subway is right at the hotel and a DiDi downtown is approx 50RMB.

Super location Rooms with no odor and spotlessly clean Amazing decor in and out I would like to mention specially the interns Jeffrey and Thinzel who were very supportive and they helped out in translation
