Clean, spacious rooms, views onto the airport, kind staff. Rooms are comfortable, great for a layover. Located inside a mall so finding food was easy. Shuttle bus was provided to go to our terminal the day of our flight.

The hotel is located within the mall connected to the Domestic Terminal 1. We took a shuttle bus provided by the airport from Terminal 2 to 1, and then we followed the sign to the hotel. Negatives: • The Hotel Staff was unresponsive through the Booking.com Chat. I could not call a Chinese number, and found no email address, so contact was impossible. • No information on how to reach the hotel was provided • We had to go to two enquiry desks provided by the airport and communicate with Google Translate to find the hotel.

super good hotel for an airport stayover. they have a shuttle going to/from T2 and T1, about every 30 mins. If you arrive late, just go to the information desk at the airport and they will call the shuttle for you. Shuttle stops in front of exit 5 at T2 arrivals for pick up. Room is very good, big double bed, big shower. water bottles provided too. Staff makes an effort to speak a few words, very basic english, or use translator apps. You ned only a little patience at reception, you're in China ffs, not in Europe or USA. Be kind with staff, they do their best. Morning shuttles back to terminals every half hour.

Hotel is located across from T2 exit, directly opposite. There is a parking building in between, but it seems impossible to cross the highway to get to the hotel after going past the parking.. It mentions that it's walking distance but ONLY for T1, which is right next to the hotel. there is a way to get there walking thru a bridge from hotel's 2F. This walkway is open daily 6-23 so it's no use if you arrive late at night. Their bus shuttle is free and very good though, so just use it. Takes 5 min.

Great value for money, huge rooms, good staff, felt very safe and secure. Shuttle service makes it very easy to get to, and from the airport, the staff use translations if they can't speak your language and are very friendly and helpful.

Could not access room service or any food during the stay due to staying at odd hours, and we could get the food service to work on our phones. Perhaps you need a Chinese app or system, unfortunately.

Exceptionally clean and there were everything one could expect. There was unpleasant surprise on reception: my booking didn't go through bookig.com like always!! We were in the end of our trip, practically out of money and staff very patently helped us to collect various ends, pennies & yuans & pay.

Good facilities, comfortable bed. Great to be close to departure terminal, we just took the shuttle bus there.

Lighting in the room was dark, no bright/main light. Not a big deal for us as we only stayed for a layover. Had to walk through mall to find hotel lobby. Check with shuttle to take you directly to the front of hotel.

Located so close to the airport. The buffet breakfast was mostly fresh local food with very little processed foods like boxed breakfast cereal. The entire hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. My Chinese wife was particularly impressed. Extremely helpful management staff with respect to myself not being fluent in Chinese.

Access to the airport is a little complex by foot. No problem with a taxi or the half hourly shuttle service. No signage in any other language other than Han zi. Some pin yin at least would help. Due to nearly three years of Covid-19 travel restrictions the hotel appears to mostly have patrons like pilots and other airline crew. As a tourist I felt I got less than polite treatment from the check-in and check out staff. But management was far more courteous.

Breakfast was amazing with wide variety.

I didn't like that it was hard to contact reception from the room. The power in my room went out and I had to run around to try and find someone to help. Also no one spoke english which was a challenge.

The staff is what made our stay so nice. Very friendly and casual. They spoke English better than anyone else we encountered which was a big plus for us. They had a couple of interesting beers on offer which we enjoyed in the evening while playing cards in the commons area.

No complaints at all

Close the the airport, we landed in terminal 2 and called for a shuttle bus to pick us up. Close to shops and food, you can walk from your hotel directly to the shopping mall and the airport train station.

There was confusion about if we had paid for breakfast or not. Was sorted out with the manager.

Locaton was very good, closed to the airport. Shuttle bus between the airport and hotel was very convenient and helpful.

It is not about disliking but communicaiton skills specially english language could be beneficial to all.
