Loved the location - walking distance to a really nice mall with lots of food and good coffee. The staff are the highlight of this place because they made our stay just perfect (As foreigners, we had some difficulty with our taobao delivery but they really came through for us, with concierge communicating with the delivery guys for both drop off and pick up). All my parcels were also nicely packed and delivered to our room. Service was always so prompt and team is always ready to help. They are also super responsive on chat and the early check-in at 12pm without any extra cost was such a bigg bonus too! Hotel looks exactly as pictures (or much more pretty).

While the gym was 24hours, the walkway to the gym is really dark by 11pm which gets a little creepy if you're alone. The gym is also quite tiny. While it says sea-view room, it's a partial seaview room as you'll see the sea only when you tilt your body but still nice otherwise!

Everything! All the staff, from the doormen to the reception staff, were cheerful, professional and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. The double bed was massive and very comfortable. There was a wide range of foods available at the breakfast buffet, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. We also ate a few times at their Tang Court; I really recommend their dim sum. We spent every afternoon by the infinity pool; it was low season, which meant it was quiet during the day, and we were able to enjoy the view in peace. Hotel was a few minutes walk from a shopping centre (万像城）with a huge range of restaurants; during our stay we ate at five or six different restaurants here and the food in every single one was amazing. Hotel is also across the road from Ever Green Park; we enjoyed our stroll through the park on our first afternoon; the path through the park took us along the coast and we saw loads of butterflies and small crabs. Would love to stay here again.

Management: 1. I had booked and paid for a room for a week in Jan. 2020. Then Covid-19 broke out, and my flight was canceled. I informed the hotel of my problem and unexpectedly got my refund shortly after. 2. I booked and received confirmation for a room for a week in March 2024. A day later I was informed that my credit card was invalid. This happened twice. The same card was used successfully to purchase two airline ticket a few minute earlier. So I called Visa Center that assured my card validity. This international call costed me over $40! When I mentioned this unpleasant experience, the front desk manager upgraded me to Club level room. 3. One day an elevator/lift I was riding on, with a few ladies, stoped suddenly and started dropping. The emergency button did not work. A bit scary. Fortunately after a few minutes, the ride resumed. After reporting the accident, the hotel sent me a fruit basket, and even gave me free breakfast. All managers I met show they are caring professional. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful; our room is elegant.

The buffet breakfast could have been a little bit better in term of variety. And it would be nice if there is a laundry line in the bathroom.

It’s located very centre of Haikou. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to a big shopping mall, which is very convenient for supermarket and restaurants. It’s very sweet that we received welcome roses when the arrival. Especially, a very special thanks for the front desk staff Annie. I was not able to use WeChat to hire a DiDi to airport. She helped me to book a DiDi and paid the driver first. Definitely recommend to everyone 👍

Had a fantastic stay in Langham haikou, classical and elegant inner deco with soothing background music and nice atmosphere, the room is exceptionally lovable and comfortable , facing botanical garden and unbeatable sea-view , spa is also highly recommended ! Will definitely come back next time . 5 mins walkable distance to the local gourmet street

Great location and top-notched facility, the staff was welcoming. We got upgraded room when we checked in which had amazing view and space.

The executive lounge didnt seem to provide many options re afternoon tea. We missed the cocktail time but they also didnt serve alcohol after 8:30 pm.

The hotel is located next to the mall. Hotel is very clean and everything in good condition and my family like the European design.

Though we asked and paid for extra bed, we have to call room service to provide the extra towels/amenities for the 3rd person every night.

Customer service officer is friendly and helpful.

Hotel management and staff can’t stop guest from smoking in the room even it is the job-smoking fooor/room. Our room is changed due to the heavy smoking smell even it is being cleaned prior to our check-in.

Staff was warm and very helpful (especially as English speakers). The overall standing of the hotel is high, the rooms are spacious and confortable. Hotel amenities are great (pool and spa) and the buffet was very good !

I could hear people yelling in the corridor and difficult to find staff member that knew English to complain.
