Actually, it’s a nice place to stay. Easy access to local cafes, and close to main attractions in Hangzhou.
There was an incident: A robot got wrong message and kept knocking my daughter’s room during midnight, which was scary to her. The hotel handled this issue promptly and professionally after receiving the complaint, but it’s still a bad experience.

The location was excellent as it was next to the Hangzhou Metro. Room was very clean and sleeps enough for 4 person. Housekeeping was excellent as they remember what I needed on a daily basis. Overall, a great hotel in hangzhou

It was a great modern hotel with all the facilities I needed and more. From the foyer to the bar, up the elevator to my room, the whole experience was fantastic! The robot who delivered a shaving kit to my room was the cherry on top!
I could not fault the hotel in any way! There is simply no room for improvement.
