1. The breakfast range is unbelievable for the price it is. The lady at the noodle bar simply loves life! She greets everyone with such warmth that brightens up our day every morning we walk in. 2. The hotel is spotlessly clean. 3. The bed is super comfortable. 4. The hotel drying machine is excellent. It dries clothes without the wet hot feel. 5. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Hangzhou East Railway Station, which is a gigantic train station that you can take bullet train to different cities, and a subway station that you can take to get to other parts of the city. 6. Front desk is 24 hour, and always there to help if you need anything. Service is excellent. 7. There's a children's play space right next to the hotel, so if you have children under 10, it's a great place to let them get the energies out as it can be quite difficult to find play areas for children in city center.

Excellent location. Within walking distance from Hangzhounan (South) Railway Station, which also has plenty of buses and a subway station, so it is very easy to get anywhere in the city. Shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The room is fine – standard exactly as expected for this price/stars level

the hotel is situated at an area newly built. the surrounding area have eatery but a number of shops are still closed. there is a mall nearby walking distance of about 10mins. room is comfty and the breakfast is good with a number of choices.

The breakfast was fantastic. The location was good, however when you put into google maps it would come up with another location 10-15minutes walk away. Very comfortable & had USB outlets which was great.

This hotel is very near to the Hangzhou East station, thus convenient if you are travelling to other cities in China. The room is spacious, and facilities are very new and well maintained. The hotel also has many amenities nearby, making it a good option for short stay.

Slightly more expensive, however, there is nothing much to complain considering the good location and good amenities nearby.

The hotel is close (15 min walk) to Hangzhou East Railway Station, making it ideal for early morning travellers. The subway is also conveniently located making it easy to get around the city. The area has developed quite a bit to include clothing shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel is located near Hangzhou East station which is about 10 minutes walk away and amenities are all within reach nearby. It even has a launderette which is a big plus for us travelers.

Convenient location and a stone throw from train station. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread was awesome and hospitable and attentive staff in the front desk as well as restaurant.

The room gets a little stuffy due to the centralised aircon and ventilation system.
