We arrived late at the hotel. Had glimpses of the beautiful lightings but rushed for dinner and then to the spa. By 10 pm, all the lights were switched off. Therefore must arrive at the hotel by 3 pm to enjoy the spa and see the evening lights Breakfast was good

(1) Staff in hotel has excellent approach to guests. People are the biggest strength of hotel. (2) very comfortable bed, (3) variety of choice and good quality of breakfast, (4) fast and stable internet, (5) nice fitness room, (6) hot springs

All what shouldn't happen in 5-star hotel, sorry guys: (1) dirty chairs in restaurant (2) stains on the walls in the room (3) ground bar having a variety of alcohols and not serving drinks (maybe due to COVID restrictions, whatever!), (4) sky bar closed

The service was very poor, not what you expect at a Sheraton hotel. The lady at the checkout was without any reason very unfriendly. In the restaurant the service was not at all attentive, they even forgot our order! And we had to ask for getting a clean table! Very disappointing! The bar on top of the hotel is closed.
